I Want To Change From Male To Female But I Am Afraid Of Society Severe Pain And Surgery Cost Any

As a transgender person, what is the most painful thing you have to deal with every day?

Right now it’s certainly binding/dysphoria related to my chest area.I live partly stealth, meaning most people do not know I am trans. In an attempt to keep it that way, I always bind when I leave the house, unless I’m wearing like four layers of clothes.I hate it. I don’t want to do it anymore. But I have to.I take my binder off first thing when I get home. It’s uncomfortable and makes it hard to breathe, combined with my asthma, well, not a good time overall.I’ve been doing it for years now - and I just cannot stand it anymore.Surgery is technically planned for this year. But I don’t know when exactly yet, since I haven’t even all the stuff my insurance needs to cover it.Some days it drives me insane.I also just cannot deal with them anymore. I used to, but it’s gotten harder and harder. It’s gotten to the point where binding isn’t enough sometimes, so I just decide to not leave the house at all.And then I sit around all day, disgusted at those things and the fact that I’m not even able to get my life together. It’s only a few more months, hopefully.Months and it will be over. But up until then, I just have to get through day by day.

Are you still transgender if you don't want, or are scared, to have surgery or hormone therapy?

A note for Sophia de Tricht, and I apologize for going anonymous but my wife values our privacy more than I value telling people of my experience.First: Straight male, very sexually active, 60 years old. Dominant, kink friendly. Life was good.Second: Then prostate cancer. Advanced prostate cancer. Lots of Hormone Therapy to kill the cancer, temporarily incapable of intercourse (but erections possible, they just hurt like hell to touch). When the same drugs are given to child molesters, they're called “chemical castration.” I completely lost all sex drive. To be fair I knew what I signed on for and that was to give up 18 months of my life in treatment for the chance to get another 30 years—and that was an easy decision to make. I started out knowing I would definitely lose sex function for 8–9 months and if the surgery required removal of some nerves to save my life, I could lose sex function forever. The surgery was successful. However the neoplasms (tumors) had grown around and implicated both left and right nerve bundles and they were removed during surgery. So I know your fears (I think). I loved sex, couldn't stop thinking about it all day. Loved orgasms. I often thought the main reason I worked out and ran was to keep my sex experience regular, frequent, and powerful. But the truth is that today I don't miss it. It's just no longer a part of me. I'd be sad but you can't miss what your brain won't let you conceive. My worry was baseless. I'm still a good man in every other respect.I'm not trying to be a downer. But if the bad happens with you, I hope you'll talk to a counselor and at least ask if my experience is worth discussing.(I still love women, I still think they're beautiful and wondrous. Being asexual doesn't change my orientation. I love cunnilingus and giving is still very good.)Hope you think this was worth addressing it to you.

Did your dog "change" after being neutered?

We're getting our male dog neutered next week, and I'm just scared he'll be changed (attitude, etc)

And I don't want any stupid comments saying, omg I can't vbelieve your doing that, thats mean blah blah blah.

You want 10 points give me a good answer with examples.
Thanks

Does having a nose job (rhinoplasty) hurt?

No, you fall asleep during the entire operation.

When you wake up, your nose will be stuffy and it will itch. You have to be calm and ignore that and learn to breathe a little bit differently. If there is significant pain after you wake up, they have medication for that. Often they will have you rest and observe your breathing for a couple of hours before letting you go home.

(Guys and Girls) How bad does getting circumcised hurt when you're about 16 or 17 years old?

It will bring him much paint, but do you really care about that??

By him getting circumcised, he would be loosing about one third of his sexual pleasure as the nerves on the knob of his penis are uncovered and rub on his clothing, damaging desensitizing them on the surface where they count. The skin would become dry regular skin growing over them to cause further reduction. It would be like your clitoris dragging on your panties and becoming calloused. It would also be equal to you cutting off your labia which protects your clitoris. The foreskin has equal nerves to your labia. That acute sensitivity that he has in his penis head is what makes it feel so good for him when slippery and sliding. It translates totally into pleasure.

I am natural....natures best design for my best Love making experience and pleasure. My Lady gets totally excited over what she can do there and how good she can effect me. Ha ha! It's equally important to her how I feel and enjoy it as it is for me to bring her sensation and pleasure.

You might not be the right Lady for him? I would leave a woman before I would ever give up my level of experience. Money could never buy that for me no matter how much, and the experience is a treasure that I wouldn't be willing to part with for any persons whims or issues. Life only happens once and my Loving is pretty high up on my list of importance. This change of damage would be for life!

During an erection there is usually little difference in looks except that his knob is way more tender. If he needs to shower more or rinse underneath with warm clean water, encourage him to do so. Dudes like to please their Lady when making Love but not by getting parts removed.
Circumcised is not cleaner and it's all on good personal habits. The foreskin slides back to wash in 1/10 of a second and circumcised males need to wash too as well as women.

Hope this works out for you without him having to be damaged.

Me! :- )

Asymmetric normal female genitals vs designer vulvas?

I've seen the main theory behind this being porn and other pics you see tend to have tucked in labia which have often had labiaplasty...so girls think normal, longer labia are disgusting. Add that to a few immature guys who don't understand labia, say they're yuck and think that means a loose vagina (yes, I've seen that on this site and others), and you get girls very concerned about their self-esteem. Though I've been told by more mature guys that those really tucked in ones look fake! I see a bunch of questions on long/uneven labia and always try to reassure the girls that they are normal. It's sad if friends are mocking girls! I don't compare labia with friends, don't have a clue what they're like nor do they know that about mine...but if I did I would be supportive...that's weird people tell their friends though. Oh yeah and not all natural ones are asymmetrical lol, sometimes teens grow out of it when one grows faster than the other but then it catches up

The surgery is not recommended by gynaecologists: http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,24107351-29277,00.html
And a lot of people like longer labia: http://www.sexylabia.com
