I Want To Establish An Online Job Providing Company Me Out With The Procedure To Do So

Has anyone worked for Combined Insurance?

Also, they say that they work with Careerbuilder (which is where they got my e-mail address from). It just sounds like a major lie that an insurance company would work with Careerbuilder.
I researched Combined Ins. online and it's a real company, but I just don't know if it's a good company that anyone would want to work for.

Are online job applications pointless?

The whole online application thing is just so ****** ridiculous. I have been applying for jobs for the past two years and I haven't even got an interview yet. Whenever I go into the stores asking for an application, they tell me to apply online. So I go online, and take some sort of stupid personality test for 45 minutes and submit my application never to be heard back from again.
The whole online application thing is just a waste of time. I have completed hundreds of those and haven't even gotten a call. Mind, these are for shitty entry level jobs which in most cases do not even pay a decent salary let alone any benefits. My friends who have jobs got it because they have a family member who works for the company or knows someone who can put in a good word for them.
Again what's really the point of these stupid 100 questions personality test? Give me a break cause I am not going to work for the ****** CIA. Are people even reading these applications? I have taken many of those tests before and I can just tell them what they want to hear. I can pass those test with flying colors if I just lie to them and tell them what they want 2 hear. On the side note, there are still rude employees working in these stores even though they must have went through the whole screening process. Sorry for the language I am just frustrated. Should I even waste my time filling pointless applications online? Its time consuming and doesn't benefit me anyway (other than learning to lie) ??
