Why can’t TeamViewer run despite being in Windows startup programs, when I turn the PC on without inputting Windows password?

Can I install software on a remote PC with teamViewer?
If you are using Teamviewer to remotely control a PC, then you can do anything with that PC that you could do if you were physically sitting in front of it. However, if an installer requires the remote PC to reboot, you will only be able to see part of the shutdown process and none of the rebooting process until the desktop has reloaded, the Teamviewer software has relaunched, and a new connection to the remote system has been established. (This works best if the remote system is assigned to your account with Easy Access granted so you can log into it without requiring a local prompt be confirmed on the local machine.)

Can other people on my network view what I am doing on my laptop?
They can't see what you're doing. They could only see files and folders if you set up sharing for the folder. No one will be able to just see your screen and check out what you're doing. To see your screen, you would have to use a remote desktop connection program, such as TeamViewer or VNC.
