call your phone company...they will tell you to start now and keep a record of hang ups for a few weeks...call them back and ask that they handle it . They can trace the calls and inform the FCC and the person could get a fine or a warning if it continues. I have had calls for a company now for 8 years...their number was given me . It had been a hassle but I'm sure when I don't answer in the company's name they realize and hang up. It could be innocent.
