well first off, just so you know (this may be a benefit for you since sit ups and crunches hurt your back) byt excersizing certain areas of the body, that doesn't mean that that is wehre you will lose wieght. your body decides where it will take your store of fat to start using for energy, but also remember you still want to excersize those places so you can get muscle and look toned, but it won't show until you lose weight. so eat healthy but cut down on sweets and such, and try to lose some weight, be sure to be healthy about it though, and as for your stomach and thighs, try running, that works for both, up hills and stuff. i have been doing track for only a month and already my legs are getting muscle definition, but i run a lot everyday, so if running isn't your thing try squats while watching tv, for stomach do, i think their called plancks. its where you lay face down and prop yourself up on your toes and your forearms in front of you and keep your back straight, this is supposed to strengthen your core.

so, to sum it up: eat less sweets and smaller portions, but stay healthy make sure to get all your food groups, and excersize to help speed up your metabolism (lifting weights will speed up your metabolism) and to help you lose some jiggle. i hope this helped, i wasn't very specific on excersizes, but a good website to look up all kinds of excersizes is http://exercise.about.com/ that's where i learned lots of the stuff i told you.

im a college junior and i am 5'7 110lbs. My favorite thing is my abs and trust me you wont lose you boobs. All you have to do is look up great ab workout rutines on youtube and find a workout that makes you sore after you do it. Then as far as legs weights and exercises wont make you lose your boobs. THe only thing that can make them smaller is cardio where you are bouncing around and working our your chest/pec mussles will make you lose your boobs. So yea stick with abdominal and back exercises, squats, lunges, yoga, weights ( except skip the weights on chest mussles) and avoid excessive cardio (but totally do cardio still good for the heart, just dont like mostly do cardio) and working your pecs... Your stomach makes your figure so make sure you get mussels there and your booobs will look bigger haha well i hope this helps and dont obsess trust me what people notice is confidence and the ability for a person to fit in no matter where they are because they are confertableb being themselves.
