I Want To Lose Weight From Back

I want to lose weight but I'm lazy and love to eat.?

Can anyone help me that has had this problem? I'm usually depressed, very sleepy, and I'm a huge procrastinator. A big thing is I LOVE TO EAT! It's hard for me to go on a diet and I usually give up after a week. I can stick to an exercise routine for a couple days but then fall off the wagon! Has anyone battled these issues I have? If so, how did you do it? how did you stay motivated? I need help!

I weigh 180 pounds 5ft 2in tall and I want to lose 50 or so pounds.

How do I lose weight and not gain it back?

So I am going to start the abc diet. I know it slows down my metabilsm. I want to know how to go back to my regular eating after without gaining all the weight back.

ps. I already know all the dangers. dont care. thanks in advance.

I want to lose weight what exercise can i do with back injuries knee arm and leg pain?

Eat a lot of green to dark green vegetables, and do light tai chi and yoga... light meaning, stay seated and hold your stomach in as tightly as you can then work those muscles without holding your breath. lift your legs slowly while sitting as many times as you can without straining them it may be once or twice but movement will eventually make you feel a little better...see your doctor also

Do you gain weight in the same places that you lose weight?

I lost 10 pounds and not because i wanted too. Before i lost ten pounds i weighed 120. I was stressed and could barely eat so it just fell off. Especially from my boobs but everywhere else as well. If i put the weight back on will the weight go back to the places it was before?

I want/need to lose weight, but I can't stop eating?

I'm fat. I know I am because I'm about 40-50 pounds overweight. I want to lose weight so bad and I try to eat well and exercise, but it's so difficult. The exercising part isn't too hard since I've found things I really like to do. But it's the eating that makes me so frustrated with myself.
For example, tonight at 10:30 I decided to eat a huge thing of nachos for no effing reason. I knew it wouldn't be a good idea, but the evil side of myself kept saying "don't worry, this will be the last time and you'll start eating good tomorrow". The moment I put the last chip in my mouth I absolutely regretted eating the nachos...
What can I do to stop this reoccurring cycle of bad eating habits?? This has been happening for the past 5 years and summer is approaching and I'm tired of seeing my downright ugly cottage cheese legs. Please, do you have any tips and suggestions? I really appreciate anything! And please don't just say "uh, just stop eating fatty". Trust me, I say that to myself everyday but it's obviously and sadly not working...
Thanks!

How can I lose weight without gaining even more back?

You need to find a diet that will help you lose weight and become slim, but it must also leave you feeling satisfied with what you can eat.You need to follow a diet plan that is going to keep you feeling good. One of the greatest failures in diets is that they can make you feel quite unwell with unpleasant side effects. You cannot expect to stick to a diet if it makes you feel terrible or like you’re starving all the time.Be aware that you do NOT have to suffer to lose weight and become slim. I assume you want to keep your results up in the long-term.That’s why you need to choose a diet plan that sounds reasonable to you.95% of body shape is diet, while only 5% is exercise. That’s why getting this right is the most crucial part of losing weight.Personally, I tried to lose weight for years before I started using this approach. Before, every time I lost some weight, it would soon come back with a few extra pounds. Now that I am using this approach of a sustainable, healthy diet, I haven’t ever gained my excess weight back on.I know that for a lot of people, getting your diet right seems like a difficult endeavor. That’s why I’ll share my insights on what a long-term weight loss diet should look in simple steps:1. Get to know your eating habits, your body and your mindset around food.2. Take a break from sugar3. Get in the good stuff: Add in leafy greens, veggies and fruit, so that your body is supplied with everything it needs.4. Get your body into cleaning mode: Remove high-carb foods that prevent your body from releasing fat and toxins. This is where the weight will start falling off.5. Get back into eating normally again and live with your new cleaned and slim bodyIf you are looking for specific guidance, you can check out my Blog where I share free advice on how I lost 42 lbs in just a few weeks and I maintained that weight ever since. I lost weight in my face. How can I bring back the fat that I had?

Unfortunately, our bodies decide where it will drop fat, if we lose weight.  Three people start at 200 pounds, all three lose 35 pounds.  One still has a belly, one got a skinny face, and one lost the butt.Bodies do things like that.  And one person's body will repeat the same process over and over.  If those three people gain and lose the same 35 pounds, their bodies will put it on and take it off, just like before. Some people actually go in for plastic surgery, to have fat injected back into their faces.  I've heard it is very painful.Hopefully, after a while, your face will get used to having less fat, and look a bit better, and you will get used to looking at your thinner face. But there is not trick to get fat back into a face...you either gain weight back, or do surgery.  Neither is good, so you learn to live with your face the way it is now.One thing...if you lost the fat from your face very fast, you should ask a doctor about it.  Losing fat very quickly from one part of your body, could suggest that something might be wrong.

How have you lost that extra weight and gained back even more? What did you do next to lose again and start back? How does it feel?

Your two questions are somewhat contradictory.  The fastest way to lose excess weight is extreme caloric restriction (eating much less).  This is the "biggest loser" template.  However, this approach is extremely short-sighted, and it results, ultimately, in a slower metabolism and a significant "yo-yo" effect in which you gain the weight you lose, and then some.  As you cut calories to very low levels, your body adjusts to the starvation it senses by slowing your metabolism.  This is why people usually plateau on a diet, and it is also why people generally gain back the weight they lost (plus extra) following a typical diet.So what should you do?  First, you should eat enough.  It sounds counter-intuitive, but if you eat too little, you will plateau quickly on a diet, and then rebound after.  I think you, personally, should aim for 2,400 calories per day to start with (approximately 11 times your bodyweight in pounds).  This should set you up for a consistent weight loss in the neighborhood of 2-3 pounds per week.  If you do not lose at least 1-2 pounds per week, you should start to make small adjustments (100-200 calories fewer per day).  As you start to get smaller, you will need to eat slightly fewer calories each day to continue your weight loss.  I suggest keeping the same multiplier of 11 to determine your daily calorie needs. The second thing you need to do is exercise, of course.  People often equate "exercise" with "cardio," but cardiovascular activity is merely one form of exercise.  While crucial (I recommend 4 sessions of 30-45 minutes per week), it is not enough to merely log a million miles on the treadmill to lose fat.  You also need to incorporate resistance training.  I recommend that you meet with a certified trainer or else do a lot of your own research to develop a balanced and progressive plan for resistance training.  This will spare (or even build) muscle mass, so your metabolism will stay fast and you will lose mostly fat as you lose weight.  This will also help ensure that you do not gain excess weight when you eventually end your diet.

Lost weight gained it back in different areas?

I lost ten pounds but gained it back because I didn't like the look of how I was when I lost. The weight went to different places than where it was originally. It went to my STOMACH of all places. My stomach used to be very flat and tight at this weight, and now it is pudgy. It was not like this before when I was this exact weight. I hate it. I want to be the way I was before I lost it then gained it back. Help? Why is this?
