I Want To Lose Weight This Summer

I am 13 and i want to lose weight before the summer is over??

i am a 13 year old boy and i want to lose weight when the summer is over.i weight 121 . i am 5.3 and i am not fat only my stomack is a little big and i want to lose that fat. i am doing a dite and i run every day at the morning and i do ab excersises and i drink 6-7 cups of water a day and i do push ups.and i want to lose weight befor the summer is over??is there some thing ales i can do???thank u for ur help

Instead of losing weight,actually I wanna gain weight. Coz now I weigh about 120 kg and I'm a male. I look very lean and thin.Due to some biological reason, I'm having trouble gaining weight all the time. The most successful tryout would be last winter. I was having the winter holidays at home. And I told my family that I wanna became fatter and looked more fit. Therefore I ate a lot during that time. Not just three meals a day. I had extra two meals after breakfast and lunch. And of course I had late night snack. So after that wintertime, I weighed 120kg, which is exactly the same weight I weigh right now. My goal is to make it up to 130kg. At least.I don't wanna be a thin guy but a well built guy.

I am on this fantastic diet which isn't like a diet at all, it gives you a day off each week to eat whatever you want, you are never hungry (can snack every hour if you want to) and it is very easy to stick to. You lose weight pretty fast if you stick to it, especially at the beginning, plus it stops you craving sugar and carbs after a very short time. Best of all you don't need to do more than a half hour of walking each day. No vigorous working out (it actually works better if you don't work out hard). I sometimes don't even do that and it still works. I've lost 36 kilograms (about 79 pounds) since the first couple of weeks of the new year, and I haven't really stuck to it verbatim, so I don't think you can get much faster or better than that. It's all about the type of food you eat and when. Happy to fill you in on the details.

first MY method (im 16)
snacks:
change diet eat say every 3-4 hours (even if its small) to keep your mertabolism going say fruit thats good have a pice every 3 hours.

main meals:
well pasters work great but salads and stuff keep up carbs, priotiens.

drink:
water GREAT thing have arounf 6-8 pints over the day, u WILL start to pee alot at the start but its nrmal the water flushs the toxics out your systerm.

i know this works by i was at school regular day i would go toilet about once in the day, now after the water its around 10 at start

and ive noticed the after healthy food i dont pee alot but after junk i do.


Exersis:
well swimming (once a week) pressups (helps upper strength and can help abs) crunchs/ sit ups ( well abs and some wieth loss)
running great for the wieth loss (combined woth the protiens and speed up of the mertabolism that will work a treat)

try wieths, it may not work abs but your tuning to fit in with your new figure. it works a treat im what 16 a big built my arms (while working out) is as thick as my upper body.

There is no way to do it quickly.Take it slow.There are certain drawbacks to losing a lot of weight too quickly. You will feel exhausted all the time, you won't have energy to do anything, your skin will have strech marks, your skin will loosen away from your muscles and it looks disgusting.The only way to lose weight is the old school way i.e good nutrition, adequate sleep, high intensity workout……I know it isn't the answer you were looking for. But there is no shortcut out there and if someone says there is he's most likely in it to scam you.

Ways for a teen girl to lose weight over the summer?

You can't spot reduce. Your body will lose weght where it sees fit.

1.) Eat right- That is the only way to get good results. None of the "no carb" "no fat" bull####. You need a healthy amount of food. About 1200-1500 calories a day intake if you are trying to lose weight. 1500-2000 a day if you are trying to maintain. You may need to eat more than that if you are active in sports or other things.

2.) Exercise- Here we go. To lose weight or tone up, you need two kinds of exercise.
Cardio- This is any exercise that gets your heart rate up, and keeps it up for more than 25 minutes. Running, Jogging, Bike riding, Swimming, Sports, and cardio machines are great ways to get cardio. You can also try different workout videos. Try renting some first, to see if you like it, and then if you do, maybe purchase it.
Strength- This is any exercise that helps you tone up. Crunches, pushups and many exercises you find that target certain areas are probably Strength exercises. If you are trying to tone up a certain part of your body, visit www.toneteen.com . They have many exercises for target zones.

3500 Calories is equal to one pound. This means if you consume 500 less calories a day, workout for till you burn 500 calories, or do a combnation of the two, you will lose 1 pound each week. Say you cut out 300 calories of food, then you need to burn off 200 a day. Simple, isn't it.

There is no fast way to weight loss that will be permanent. What I have written here is a fool proof way to lose weight. Watch what you eat and exercise. If you want to come on here, saying that you have tried exercise and eating right, and it didn't work, you did it wrong.
