I Want To Make My Career In Cricket Suggest Me The Plan To Move Ahead .

I'm 18 years old and I want to make my career in cricket is that possible or I'm late?

Well, If you have talent that can take you all the way to the top, and also you need to have a bit luck factor. There was this 17 yr old guy who after flunking in his 12th exams wanted to start a career in cricket. He joined a local cricket club at the age of 19. He made the headlines with his stroke-play, played for the state Ranji team, impressed the selectors and when he was 23, 5-6 years after he started playing cricket, he was wearing the India cap no. 260 and is now one of the mainstays in the Indian test team.He is none other than Murali MONK Vijay. So, if you feel you have the talent to make it big, go and chase it… and also you must be conscious about your health conditions as said by Shirley Mei Hall .And “ Enjoy the game and chase your dreams, because dreams do come true”-Quote from Sachin Tendulkar

Can i play cricket at the age of 19 years ?

Okay i feel like i can answer this question.I am 19 years old too.Its been 2 months when i convinced myself to play cricket and join stadium for this cause. So a week later i took my cricket kit and left my home for a day to the stadium nearby which was about 60 km far from my village. It was a govt. Stadium.I reached the stadium and went to office into it straightaway. There i met this man seated on a chair and the conversation took place in this way.It took place in hindi but i am typing here the translated version.Me-good morning sir.I want to join stadium for playing cricket.He-what is your age?Me-sir 19.He-you are too old.We dont take them who are over 18.(He continued)you can play in shaukiya if you want toMe-sir what is that shaukiya?He-They play only for their interests. Moreover you won't get any further chance at any higher level.Me-but sir 1 am 19.players are their who are playing at even the age of 40 in ranji,etc.He-its so simple to say that. But do you know they started it when they all were teenagers.Me-okay sir what can i do now if i want to start playing cricket now at some level?He-If you would listen me than i would suggest you to concentrate on your studies.Forget about cricket. You are overaged for playing cricket now.Me(with a feeling to slap him hard)-sir thank you(as i was all set to leave)Now when i came out of the office and was walking towards the stadium entrance gate, one guy came running towards me.He-what happened what did he say to you?Me-that i am overaged.He-what is your age?Me-19He-somewhere in your documents if it is around 18?Me-No,it is same everywhere.He-okay i will tell you the trick to reduce your age in the documents.(will reveal it later what he said then if anyone of you wants to know.comment it)So coming back to the question..yes you might play and join the stadium but not legally(as i did).If you might go at further level,it would reveal all your details but if you play that well they might take you to that further level. Our government has restricted it to pay for children under 18 who all wants to learn sports. If you want to play, then join any private stadium. You might have to spend a lot but there is no other way to do any damn good to your playing skills.Thank you :)

Can Cricket Wireless find out that I've been using tethering via an Android app?

So, I've been using an app through the Android market called Barnacle Wifi Tether to tether my phone to my Macbook and use my phone's 3g network. I've been doing this for a few months now with no problem.
Today, I woke up with a text from Cricket that says, "Continue sharing your phone's data with other devices without getting blocked. Cricket tethering is available for just $10/m."
Now, I can't figure out if this is just a routine text from Cricket which I get all the time updating me on new features Cricket offers or somehow they know that I've been tethering my phone and it's a warning.
I'm also unsure of just how they will "block" me. Will they shut off my service? Shut off my internet? Not sure. And I'm afraid to call Cricket and ask because obviously my tethering has been unauthorized and I don't particularly want to be confronted about it. I'd rather just stop tethering and pretend like it never happened. =P But I would like to know what exactly will happen if I continue to tether.

So, what I'd like to know is if anyone else has had a similar issue with Cricket. I know AT&T is doing something similar by sending out emails notifying that continued tethering will charge an additional $45 to your monthly bill. So, I'd mostly like to hear from Cricket users only. Thanks.

How old do you have to be to buy a Cricket phone?

I'm 14 and my mom is unable to pay for my cell phone. Since I have a job, I have enough money to pay for a prepaid Cricket cell phone myself. I'm just not sure if I can go to the store and purchase the phone I want without an adult. I'm in the U.S. if that is of any importance. Also, my mom does not want to come with me to purchase it. I think she's ashamed she can't buy it herself.
