I ordered tickets on ticketfly but put in my email address wrong?

I made a stupid mistake and put my email in incorrectly, and have already finished the order. Now I cannot get my tickets or change the email address, what can I do?

Is ticketfly a reliable place to buy tickets from?

Okay so I'm buying my warped tour tickets, and ticketfly is the only place I found that is selling them. But this is the first I've ever heard of "TicketFly" so I wanted to know if it's a reliable place to buy my concert tickets.

Aside from Ticketfly and Eventbrite, are there any other ticketing and event discovery services out there for concerts, restaurant openings, galas, festivals, etc.?

Yes , There are other platform as well.Being an event organiser I go with a ticketing platform called Yapsody. They don’t charge on general admission but there reserve seating service is my favourite one. They provide services other than Ticketing as well, like Concert Production, Talent Buying, Patron Building. Ticketfly and Eventbrite are well known but my experience of those platform was not so great. Can i trust ticketfly?

I just checked it out and it looks very legitimate to me but I have never used them. One thing that occurs to me is since the price is so low maybe the seats are bad or obstructed like behind the stage. You should see if there is a seating chart included for the venue you are going to. Buyer beware always. I looked up Joey Badass in Florida on Ticketfly for you and it says tickets are $22-$60. Now i have a lot of experience with buying tickets.

Just because they offer tickets for $22 does not mean you are going to be able to get them for $22. Sometimes people will get advance sales before the general public or a presale. When this happens sometimes if its a big show the show tickets get gobbled up fast and usually you put in for best available ticket or a ticket price range and number of tickets you want for a show. You may be not able to get more than one ticket sometimes like if you want two together if you're going with someone.

Start calling or go online right when the tickets go on sale and hope you're doing it before others so you can get the $22 tickets, but then like said find out where the $22 tickets are on the seating chart. If you want a better view you may need to pay more. Hope that helps

Is TicketFly a reliable website to buy tickets from?

They do a good job for being a small ticketing company with a lot of hype. They do a few million in annual revenue currently. Compare that to the billion dollar company that Ticketmaster is. They don't have as much money to throw at the back end yet to be anywhere near as reliable as TM. Give them a few more years to get up to par on this one.

How do I sell concert tickets if I purchased a couple by mistake?

If you bought the tickets through Ticketmaster, despite the “no refunds” policy, if you don’t wait too long and have a valid reason (such the simple mistake in your case), the customer service department will often give you a refund anyway. But I don’t see that Ticketmaster sells those tickets as cheap as $40.00, so you must’ve gotten them maybe at Ticketfly? Their policy reads pretty strict, but I’d give them a call regardless - it can’t hurt. If at first you don’t succeed, maybe even try a couple of times to see if you can get a more sympathetic agent.I know with Ticketmaster and probably Ticketfly too, ultimately it’s the venue - Echostage in this case - that dictates exactly how strictly to enforce the no-refund policy. So the seller you purchased from may not have much flexibility. (Just a side note, through Ticketmaster many venues offer a 3 day return policy no questions asked - a huge change in the right direction in recent years http://www.ticketmaster.com/ourg....)Finally if you can’t get a refund all you can do is give them away or resell them yourself on say Craigslist, Ticketsnow, etc. I only mention Craig’s list since it’s free, but it may be safer and you may find more customers on one of the ticket re-seller sites. The venue is General Admission (no assigned seats), so there’s nothing to make your tickets any more valuable than what someone can get directly, so unless the show sells out you’ll need to price at a discount to get yours sold. But at least you’ll recover some of your money.

How can I track my order on Ticket Fly?

If you click on the 'My Account' link at the top of ticketfly.com and login, you can then view your orders.

How likely will Ticketfly eventually be sold to Ticketmaster owner Live Nation?

unlikely, Ticketmaster and Live Nation had to go through a thorough hearing with the DoJ and have to allow competition to grow. this is part of why they let go of certain commodities like Paciolan, and have deal with other competitors like AEG so these companies can still maintain a market share.[Proposed] Final Judgmentbesides Pandora owns Ticketfly now.Ticketfly - Wikipedia
