My weight is 67 kg with height 5.8",i want to reduce my weight and belly. how much should i spend on skipping?

skipping reduces fat faster than jogging, however,
it is hard if you're not fit.
always start lighter and shift to heavier gradually and
your consistency will finally pay off.
good luck and stay healthy.

I just want to reduce my belly fat and not my overall body weight because I am already skinny. What workout should I do in the gym?

If only your belly is fat, that means you have a lot of visceral fat - the kind of fat that is stored around your organs, and not under your skin. However, it’s still fat and it still has to be dealt with in the same way as any other type of fat. Whether it’s relevant to your bodyweight or not, you’ll have to do workouts that take your whole body into consideration because so called “spot-reduction” doesn’t work. It’s a myth. The best you can do is cut down on smoking and drinking alcohol (if you do either), have a well-balanced diet (you can track your diet through apps like MyFitnessPal and HealthifyMe) with plenty of vegetables and protein, and work out regularly at least 3 to 4 times a week. What kind of exercises, you ask? Full body workouts. Strength training and cardio, done at high intensities to make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time. And be consistent with it.Hope this helps. All the best!

How to lose post-pregnancy belly?

Anyone have some suggestions on how to lose the post-pregnancy belly? I'm 6 weeks post-partum and have 2 more weeks to lose a few more pounds in order to get back into some of my work clothes. The last thing I want to do right now with a new baby is spend money on clothes.

I need some ideas on how to lose the belly, some is probably left over fat and some is probably the normal "pooch" you have after the belly has been stretched. I'm about 10 pounds over what I started before getting pregnant. Anyone have some ideas/exercises that worked for them? Please don't send me a link, I am looking for tried and true methods that have worked for other mommies. Also, I'm looking for something to flatten the belly a bit as opposed to general weight loss. Thanks!!
