Go to the Zimbabwean Embassy or High Commission with a police report about your lost passport. They will give you a TTD (temporary travel document.)I don't know if there is a Zimbabwean embassy in Turkey. If not, then you must go to the nearest country where there is a Zim Embassy e.g. UK or Germany.The Zimbabwean Embassy is not going to give you a new passport, but a 6 months TTD which you have to use for travelling back to Zimbabwe to get a new passport.Actually, you cannot apply for a new passport if you don't have an old or current passport. If you have an expired passport with you, you can use it to apply for a new passport without leaving Turkey.
