I Want To Start A Business Need Help

I have$25,000 and I want to start a business?

anyone who says "Online business has Bad ROI is point blank stoopid".

anyways your friend is right. Service business online is one of the best ways. the best about this business is you can take it offline if you started out online or vice versa.

25000 for online business is too much.. I advice you to invest wisely if you are starting online(like on monthly basis and check your results and profit).

Most online business has low cost start ups. Just don't be fooled by website designing companies that'll guarantee top placements in google, yahoo for your site. They'll suck up your 25 grands in no time.

This is the start up cost for online business
domain name : $10 a year
Hosting : $5-10 a month ($60-$120) a year
Website design : You can get a decent design for $100 at elance.com

thats 230$ for first year. Now all you need to do is to spend some of your money wisely on advertisements. I suggest $5-10 a day. If you make profit from spending $5-10 a day.

Start investing more in advertising as long as your profits margins are good & increasing.

Here's Best Idea: If you are starting an offline business... invest $230 more in building a website for that offline business and promote your business online and offline both.

Should I get a business degree if I want to start my own business?

At the age of 19, I dropped out of university to start my own business. Like you, I had this insane obsession over business. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I pursued it like a hungry lion chasing a gazelle. As you can see from my bio, I'm 23 years into the self-employed game. Not having a degree has not hurt me one bit. My opinion is that if you're naturally a self-starter, you don't need a degree in General Business to be successful with your own business. Self-starters tend to be good at figuring out what they need to get by anyway.Plus, the real life experience of running your own business is like gaining a PhD. Nothing makes you better, stronger, wiser than actually running a business. Even failures offer a top-notch education. If you feel like you need a specialized skill, take a Udemy course. Whatever's too 'big' to study, outsource it. I know that I'm not good with numbers, so I don't do my own accounting. I know that I suck at cold calls, so I outsource that when I need to. Same with graphic design. Part of staying highly motivated as an entrepreneur is doing the parts you're really, really good at and letting other people handle the parts that mentally drag you down.

I want to start my own business, any ideas???

I want to start a business, but I have no idea what field or what type of business it would be. How can I figure out what to pursue?

This is a big and good question. How do we know, right? Unless we are the lucky ones with a crystal-clear calling, we are pulled in so many different directions, priorities, seductive trends.I think, ideally, you do some serious vivid vision mapping that leads to the overlapping core of four concentric circles. The circles answer to four different questions:What do you love? What is it that your community or the world needs? What might others pay for? What are you good at?Essentially, you explore your passion, your mission, your vocation, and your profession. The concept of ikigai may help you in this quest (See the image attached). But you also must know your core values: What qualities in life can you not live without. What are the strengths that you can bring to your entrepreneurship. What might be your weaknesses (areas to develop)? What are you willing to say no to once you commit to a certain choice of business?Running a business asks a lot from you and it can be wonderfully rewarding. In the United States, close to 66% of small businesses will survive their first 2 years, which sounds great, but it also leaves one out of three stranded. So it is also important to realize that your ultimate happiness cannot and must not depend on the success of your business.Figuring out what your business is about requires deep inner work. You could start with a test like the MBTI. But that would only be a start. And the finance issue can come later, much later. Whether you then go for entrepreneurship or not, delve into your exploration anyways, since you learn so much about yourself and what is really important to you in life.Enjoy the process! Sophia
