I Want To Use My Ipod Without A Battery

Will an iPhone turn on without a battery?

Short answer , no . The power delivery circuit has the battery as the source of power , even when plugged in from what I gather . So even when you plug it in it draws the power from the battery . The charger should provide enough power to overcome this but sometimes they don't , like playing a heavy game on a laptop while its plugged in . The charger is rated at say 39 watt but the computer is wanting 42 watt , it will slowly discharge the battery even though it’s being charged . I have seen this on numerous laptops were the laptop can pull more juice than the provided power supply can give , cell phones are no different . Some devices can operate without the battery but to my experience it was because the charger was overpowering enough to bypass the circuit and the device doesn't know there wasn't a battery ( older devices ).

How long can I listen to music in my car without the battery draining ?

My girlfriends sisters boyfriend was listening to the radio for an hour and a half and murdered her battery lol. For the phone I doubt it will drain that much battery from the car because unless youyou charge your phone from an outlet in you house... your phone won't even charge 100% anyways. My car was running but for about an hour I had been charging my phone in the car and only 10% was charged in 1I hour! Usually from my outlet at home in an hour I can get about 40-50% so unless you really need to charge your phone #1 its not worth it at all #2 how long is extended time? As much as it takes less battery juice to charge it really isn't a good idea to have the phone charging in there

How to make ipod battery die faster?

I guess putting on wifi would make your battery life shorter, as well as watching high quality videos. Also try putting on equalizer and brightness to full.

If you're doing this to be able to recharge your battery after it's down to 0% please know that iPod batteries don't suffer from the 'memory effect,' i.e. it doesn't matter if you charge your iPod with 90% charge because the 10% missing is added without significantly decreasing your battery capacity.

Can charging my iPod Touch too much destroy the battery?

I'm not talking about charging too much
I use my iPod Touch A LOT and it drains battery quickly
And I think I charge my iPod Touch at least 2 times everyday
I do not charge at night when I'm sleeping or if nobody's taking care of my iPod Touch because I know it's a waste of electricity (I think)
But we only have one charger for the whole family
Everytime I use the charger, my sister will also need it and for her to get the charger from me is to tell me not to charge my iPod Touch because it will destroy the battery even though I only just began charging my iPod Touch
Anyway, I just give her the charger everytime she asks for it, not because I believe in what she told me, but because I want her to stop annoying me, even though I know it won't be the last time she'll ask for the charger.
And I'm getting sick and tired of her bullcrap that I'm still not sure if it's true or not.

I have an iPod Touch 2G and it's freaking IOS 4.2.1
I'm not really so sure if you even need the information but, whatever, here it is just in case.

So anyway, if you want to help me on this problem, try to get some points by answering this question.

PS: I have already tried searching it on Google but it's not proof enough for me. Plus I don't really even understand what othee people are trying to say :P

Anyway, thanks in advance (if somebody WILL answer me)

How can I charge my iPhone without a charger (no USB, no charger brick)?

Assuming that “a charger” would include wireless charger as well, then this is quite a challenge. The only ways I can come up with are:Pray: If you are religiousPray harder: If you are an atheist like meAsk someone else to charge it for you so you can get it charged up without your own chargerBuy a new battery and pop it in every time you run out of batteryReturn your iPhone to the store and get a new one every time it runs out of powerI don’t agree with one Quoran who asks you to use AED because you still need to plug it in to the wall, which I doubt you like it, so leaving it out in the open during a lightning strike would probably be the best option because you won’t need a USB cord, a charger brick, or anything man-made.Sorry, that’s all folks, can’t think of any other way!

How can I "break" my Ipod without causing noticeable damage on the outside?

Ok, so I got an Ipod Video about 3 years ago. Now, the battery charge only holds for about 5 minutes of music. I want an Ipod Touch for my birthday (1 week from today) but my dad says that my ipod is perfectly fine, which it isn't. I want to make it stop working without causing any damage on the outside. I dont need to fool apple people into replacing it, just fool my dad into thinking its broken. Any form of internal damage would work, as long as it doesnt cause external damage. Please help ASAP, as I really want a new Ipod.

My iPod screen says " No battery power remains. Please Connect to power."?

Leave it plugged in for a little while, it might be so dead it doesn't have enough power to do anything else.

If it's still not doing anything, try reseting it by turning the hold button on then off then holding the Menu and Center buttons until you see an apple logo, then try to plug it back in again.
