I want to work in a Gym, what do I need to be hired?

Im moving away to College, my parents are paying for my living and schooling. But I want to work as well so they dont waste too much money on me. I want to work in a gym, as a teacher or a fitness instructor for simple things. (Im not getting a degree in college for fitness)
Im fit, and I do work out on my own. Would the gym hire me to be an instrutor?

How do I answer "Why do you want to work for us?"?

I have never liked this question either, but they are very likely to ask it. So you got to be prepared with an answer. Do some research on this company and the position. Both Carlos and Spudbucket are right. They want to know how and why you will be an assett to them. They do want to make sure you would be a good fit, so you need to sell yourself. Try to stay relaxed and calm. Practice what you will say beforehand so you won't be so nervous. Be prepared to answer additional questions including detailed information. If you can give specific examples as to why you want to work there and how you would be a great asset, the better. Try to have some questions ready for them as well. It shows that you are really interested and that you have initiative. Companies appreciate that. No matter what, thank them for their time and consideration. Remember to type a thank you letter and mail it to them right away afterwards. Good luck!!

I dont work out n i have a very fit body.i dnt like it.what can i do to make my body less muscle?

ok . im skinny and i have a very fit body..like im a really small size but i dont look as skinny as the size that i wear. i look healthy cause my body is quite muscle.NOT tht muscle but muscle.i like my size bt i just want the muscles to go.. i dont work out or anything. ppl always compliment me on my body cause i look fit. i bassically look like i work out but ive never worked out b4.and im 19 .what do i do or eat to stop getting muscles.

Can you eat whatever you want & workout and be fit?

there was this girl in my 1st period last year & she would bring a coke every morning and chikfila chikn bisquits every other morning. at lunch she would eat a whole tray & some things off her friends trays. I don't know her personally but she has seriously the best body i've ever seen. Like, she was really toned & just had a really nice body. I sat behind her and we'd talk every now and then and she said she goes to the gym after school every day. I don't know what she did there or how long she stayed.

& my ex and my sisters ex both would eat ANYTHING but they both did sports and worked out and her ex has a freaking 12 pack and mine has a 4 pack and they both had big muscles and like 0 fat but they literally ate all the time and ANYTHING. like, fast food, soda, cookies, sweets, etc.

So you can eat whatever you want and still have a reallllly nice body? But would that mean you have to workout REALLY hard & long? Like, it couldn't just be a walk or jogging or something?
I don't eat much & I'm light 5'2 & 105 lbs but thats only because it's mostly fat, i'm skinny-fat? Like, I jiggle and stuff. D: but I never really workout so if I started working out could I eat whatever I wanted? Or would I have to lose my fat first & then I could eat whatever I want + workout? And what type of workouts? I guess I just need to tone up? does jogging tone you up?

I am a skinny guy. I want to do workouts. Which is good to gain weight, doing workouts before breakfast or after breakfast?

Few factors you need to consider.If you are a morning person, do a morning session , else evening.Get a trainer, do not do self workout that you wont understand.Get some weight gainers into your system once you have spent about 6 months at the gym. I am talking bout whey protein not anything artificial.Consistency is the key here be consistent at what you do & the results are for you to decipher

Wii Fit: Do you need to buy Wii for using Wii Fit?

I have seen a few stores selling a Wii Fit bundle that comes with a Wii and the Wii Fit game and balance board. Not sure how good a deal it is since I didn't pay much attention as I already have my Wii, but it may be an option for you.

Other than that you will need a Wii for Wii fit. I think it's worth it if you see a few other games that you like. I'd just do a run through of a game store, like Gamestop or EB games in person to see what else may interest you before you buy a whole game system for just one thing.

I want to work for startups. Where is the best place to get hired for it?

You need to find out "Why" you want to join startups before you actually join one. My brother works in a startup so I can assume you want to join because of the relative freedom you expect in that environment as compared to more "corporate" kind of jobs. But a startup gives you that comfort on the basis of a skill set that fits with their requirement. Google's work culture is so freedom oriented not because they've got freeloaders - but because the guys they hire are actually quite commited during their work hours. They give everything when they actually work - and thus they're offered more freedom otherwise. If you feel like you possess such a crucial skill set then you can search for many jobs online on LinkedIn etc. But remember, no start up wants freeloaders, especially since, unlike Google, startups are often hard pressed for funds.
