I Was Tricked Into Signing A False Statement At Work Is There Anything I Can Do Help

How do you prove you were tricked into signing a contract?

To prove that you were “tricked,” you would need evidence to convince the court that you were tricked, and that the particular “trick” is something that the law protects against. If by “trick” you mean signing a document without reading it, generally speaking, the law considers this something you do at your own peril. It generally does not consider “I did not read the contract” as an excuse. If by “trick” you mean fraud/misrepresentation, you will generally need to prove the following: (1) a representation was made to you, (2) the representation was false, (3) the person who made the representation knew it was false or made it recklessly without knowledge of the truth, (4) the person who made the representation made it to induce you to sign the contract, and (5) you were harmed as a result. Note, however, that the specific requirements vary from state to state and country to country.Unfortunately, trying to invalidate a contract is a tough order of business. It would be wise to get a lawyer to examine your case in detail.I'm a lawyer, but not your lawyer. This is not legal advice, just general information, so depend on it at your own risk. The internet is a scary place, so don't believe every thing you read. If you need legal advice, hire a lawyer to be your lawyer =)

Help suing an detective for false information and i have all the proodf?

If what you say is true, looks like you may have a case. You should consult with an attorney and they can tell you for sure if you have a case. Most attorneys will consult for free the first time. The worse they can say is "no you don't have a case". Contact the Legal Aid Society in your area, they can help you find one.

Is it illegal to trick someone into giving you money, or just immoral?

If you simply tell someone to give you money, without promising anything without intending to be truthful (aka lying) or threatening them (undue influence), and they give it to you, then it's not illegal - there's not always a law for immoral behavior. If you ask for money with someone believing that you will deliver something for them - aside from everlasting love of God or any other mythical entity - and you don't do it, then it's fraud and there are laws to punish you.If you have an exchange - of money for goods or services - and the buyer just fails to be reasonable, let's say you sell them the Eiffel Tower (again... Going...going ...gone. Eiffel Tower Sold...Twice!), it will depend on the laws of the country where this sale had happened.Basically, do your research and have a good lawyer. Though I am sure it's purely for hypotheticals.
