I'm 6'3 and weigh roughly 240 lbs, help losing weight?

lets get this out of the way, i am fat, but i want to change it/

when i say roughly it is because i can gain or lose up to 4 lbs a day because i barely eat, its not that i'm anorexic its that I am usually at home alone and don't want to cook a large meal, and don't have any small meals to eat so i just drink liquids a lot.

but i would really like to lose weight, even though i am down from 260ish from last month, just from walking/jogging a mile every morning.

does anybody have any tips to regulate my weight loss, to keep it continuing? like, any diet plans? more exercises? (i can't go to the gym at the moment so i have to stick to at home work outs, sit-ups, push-ups, running etc.

any advice would be much appreciated.
