What is the best revenge against a cheating husband and his mistress?

A friend of mine told me this story years ago, not sure how true it is though.Anyway this couple is married, the lady has a corporate job and is always travelling. The husband is nice and supportive of his wife but has a young mistress on the side he see’s when wifey is away. Wifey suspects nothing. One day she has to travel outside the country to sort out a crisis. She’s expected back on a Monday. Husband uses this opportunity to bring his mistress home. Unfortunately for both of them wifey manages to sort out the crisis early and gets back home a day earlier, on the Sunday. She walks into the house to find a strange woman wearing her bathrobe and washing the dishes. Hubby is on the couch watching the tv with a towel wrapped around his waist. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out what’s been happening. She greets her husband warmly, even hugs him, greets the mistress warmly and rebukes her husband for not introducing them. Hubby is tongue-tied in shock. She then goes to the bedroom, unpacks her suitcase and comes back to the lounge to find the mistress has quickly dressed up and disappeared.Hubby is waiting for the worst but wifey behaves like nothing has happened. She chats merrily about her trip, asks him how he’s week has been, even makes dinner. After dinner they go to bed like nothing has happened. This continues for two straight days, wife behaves like nothing happened, isn’t moody or angry, is in fact very chirpy and cheerful. On the third day the husband broke down and confessed to everything. The torture of silence was too much to bear. He couldn’t even sleep because he thought she was plotting some nefarious scheme against him. He confesses to everything and promises never to do it again and he never does. Wife eventually forgives him and they live happily ever after. Sometimes psychological warfare really does work.

I'm 30, depressed, unemployed, have no fun in life and basically can't stop thinking life will be over soon. Since 30 is really a grown up age - what is your best advice about what to do with my life?

I am sorry if this sounds simple. But sitting here at nearly 60, still coping with the depression I had before I was a teen I suggest this:The most important thing you can do is work to expand your social network. Find the friends who can tolerate someone that has ‘down’ days or weeks or months. There are people that are okay if you aren’t cheerful. But, you do have something to offer!I don’t know much about you. But I do know that one of the biggest problems a depressed person can have is loneliness. It means that what few interests you have are more likely to be shared with some who you know and trust.I speak from some experience. I wish I had been able to keep up my social network over the past few decades. Even though I have friends I have had for 50+ years with many I have known for 30+ years, many have moved on in life and I am only in touch via social media. Other health issues other than the depression and anxiety that I suffer were a handicap. I couldn’t keep getting out to be with my friends and I couldn’t keep making new friends.HOWEVER! I am trying new things. I joined a writer’s group. I made 5 good friends through it. They are also invaluable when it comes to proofreading my writing. It can be done! Even at nearly 60.When I was 30, I think I wish someone would have pushed me a bit more to maintaining my social networks. If you have those social networks, then being able to build trade and employment networks will become second nature to you. You will be able to stretch what skills you have and make use of them. You will know how to walk up to a potential employer and say, “Hello. Are you hiring?” Potentially followed up with, “Do you know of anyone that might be hiring?”Good luck! Coping with long term depression isn’t easy, but it is possible. It is easier with the help of your friends!

How can a skinny guy gain weight and develop a fit body?

So its time to hit some heavy weight training ...At your age my weight is around 49kg and after trying hard for around a year i gained about 15kg  ..having 67kg at current ...total lean muscle ... and six abs too..So first off all you have to make strict desciplanary daily routine to enrolled with in both diet and weight training ..It should contain some heavy .. means really heavy compound exercises and lots of carb-protien diet .. you should able to consume at least 3000/3500 cal a day mostly from clean carb and protien based diet .. and you could not consume such high calories unless heavy weight training. Be clear do not enrolled with Isolation exercises it will contradict your muscle rather than expanding it will tone them ..Train only one muscle group per day .. that way it will help them to recover faster .. as ex.MON : ShouldersTUE : ChestWED : TricepsTHU : Thighs [Its necessary to hit thighs .. so it will boost testosterone level which help to recover quicker and enhance stamina]FRI : BackSAT : BicepsSUN : Abs And after each and every workout drink protien shake ... otherwise as beginner just plain milk with chocolate syrup and a banana.Break down your meal to 6 small meals per day .. and each 3 meal should contain Protiens size of your fist .. like Chicken, fish etcInclude Eggs in your diet like 6Eggs/dayDo not suppliment your body untill you get used to heavy weight training for more than 4 months ... otherwise its just waste all efforts and money.Drink another protien shake right before going to bed .. for first 4 months plain milk would be good enough ..It will show results beyond your expectation .. and after 4 months of strictness.. iam talking about very strict training ... if you willing to go on supplimainting like Mass Gainer or Whey protien ... your body gonna get ripped lean masculine with quality of weight gained .Wish you all d best ..

If an athlete can run 100 meters in 10 seconds, why would it be mathematically wrong to say that he ran 10 meters in 1 second? That is impossible.

100 meters in 10 seconds is the overall distance and time.an average can be calculated - 10 meters in 1 secondbased on this average it is mathematically correct to say that the athlete ran 10 meters in 1 secondMissing pieces of information:initial accelerationfinal speedNow breaking a sprint down down — there is a period where the athlete:accelerates from [math]0[/math] to some [math]v[/math]maintains the [math]v[/math] till the finish linewe do not care about what happens after the finish linewe could do some of the Kinematic Equations and do some solving to figure it outAlso:Well, I mean running 10 meters in 1 second sounds like a superhero feat and hypothetical, but factually isn’t it correct?! What laws of physics can deny or prove it?Two words: Usain BoltA Kinematics Analysis Of Three Best 100 M Performances EverThis ability, combined with longer stride allows him [Usain Bolt] to create very high running speed - over 12 m/s (12.05 – 12.34 m/s) in some 10 m sections of his three 100 m performances.
