Id Like To Know More About Preper

How do I prepare if I want to start my own company?

You don't need to start a business to be an entrepreneur.  You can be entrepreneurial within an existing organization ... and everyone should.  You can be an entrepreneur in a large company, in government, in the military, as a teacher, and more.My definition of an entrepreneur:"Someone that steals office supplies from home and brings them to work."The most important thing that anyone can do to prepare themselves for starting a company is to always try to think like an owner.  Owners tend to make short-term trade-offs for long-term gains.  Owners work tirelessly to increase shareholder value.  Owners fight tirelessly to build long-term value.  Owners are concerned that the foundation is strong.  Owners grow the employees around them.  And owners are ALWAYS concerned with the culture of an organization and fixing the culture.

Preparing myself for a job interview?

Okay the job interview is quite simple!
1, research the company, find more about them, know why you want to work there other than the reason you need money!
2, dress in business apparel, you know the works sell your self on "the look"
3, Google interview questions, have someone practice with you, be honest but also make your self look good, make them believe your needed in this company in simple terms sell your self
4, arrive 10-15 minutes early, be proper while waiting for the interview
5, when you meet the interviewer, shake hands and say there name back to them, its been proven that everyone's favorite word is there own name! for example hello, .........., its so nice to meet you!
6, DO NOT SIT until they invite you to sit, if you do its rude!
7, keep eye contact always!
8 when they began to stand the interview is over! stand thank them for there time and shake there hand again!
9, ****ASK THEM QUESTIONS**** such as were do you see this company in five years or is there a chance to advance in this company
10 most important never ask about pay, benefits and vacations or anything of that nature until your hired! its rude
I hope i helped! good luck

Preparing for 9th grade? Help~?

Okay, here are the things people DON'T tell you:
(a lot of these are random, but helpful, i swear)

1.) It's okay to have more than one best friend
2.) USE A PLANNER, they may seem dorky or whatever, but i swear
you will need it
3.) Biology. whoo. PAY ATTENTION!!! sure you're like "of course im
going to" but it gets hard. take notes. better yet, get a tape recorder
and record the lesson.
4.) expect to read romeo and juliet. and most major book stores you
can get sparknotes. look for "no fear shakspear." it has the origional
version, and a plain english version.
5.) dont be afraid to ask for help. you may think you're going to look
like the dork who doesnt know what they're doing, but its your
diploma, not theirs.
6.) get to knopw your librarian. even if you dont read, they are the
mopst helpful people when it comes to ANY project.
7.) DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT procrastinate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! put off for a
day, maybe, but do it as soon as possible, really, tv is not that
important, nor myspace.
8.) stay away from drama. its all over the place, all four years. if its
not directly related to you (even if it's your best friend), stay the hell
out of it. its not worth it.
9.) if a bathroom smells like smoke, try not to go in there. you will
most likely get pegged as a smoker, even if you're not
10.) if you do smoke, do it at home. its not worth getting in trouble for.
11.) dont give your teacher too much crap...theyre underpaid and
under appreciated.

good luck

What can I do to prepare for swim team tryouts?

I've been swimming competivatley for 10 years and here are a few routines and diets i use to build up for swim season.

1. Start off small, work on just your kick for each stroke first, then work on your arms. Once your technique is set, practice endurance by swimming multiple laps without stopping. The basis of swimming is freestyle. Learn freestyle and practice your free technique first before any of the other strokes.

2. Don't only just swim laps, work on flip-turns, dives, and starts.

3. Dry-land work outs affect 30 percent of your swimming. When a pool is not available, do workouts like running, crunches, and push-ups. All of these muscles are used in swimming. The stronger they are, the faster you can swim.

4. Just like any other sport, swimmers do their best performance by eating healthful foods. Stay away from sugars and fatty foods which will slow you down and make you more tired. Meats are great to eat for swimmers because the protein in meat builds up muscles. Also carbs give energy. On the day of tryouts eat plenty of carbs like pasta and bread.

5. Think possitive! Don't worry about the potential people on the team. You can be just as great a swimmer as anyone with practice and confidence!

How should I prepare as a teenager to give myself a better chance of becoming an FBI agent?

I had a friend who became an FBI agent.  After about two years as an FBI special agent, she quit and became a truck driver for a while, before going back to engineering, where her degree was.She hated it.  The training was fun.  Her supposed assignment wasn't bad, but she joined around the time of Katrina, so ended up going to the South and throwing poor people in jail for (effectively) insurance fraud.  None of the ones she worked were fraud more than $1000.  It was all people who lied about the value of an item that was really lost, or added in one or two small items to an otherwise legitimate claim.Anything that looked like it was more than a $1000 was handled by the senior agents. If you want to help people, be a cop (in the UK).  If you want to be an enforcement arm for a bad government policy, join the FBI.  FBI is mostly paperwork.  The cops and cop shows make jokes about the paperwork, but an FBI agent (aside from ex-special forces who end up joining HRT and all the fun that comes with that) spend their time arresting paperwork.  Often quite literally.  The agent investigating will have enough for an arrest, so a warrant will be issued.  But the issues will be so small that it's not worth the time of the agent to go to the person's house and arresting them.  Put it in the system.  Wait until they get their next traffic ticket, and the beat cop will make the arrest and start that process.  The case is all paper, so it'll get sent along and prosecuted, even if the agent never sees the person they sent to prison. She had thought that with the engineering degree she'd have been working science-based cases, not low level insurance fraud.  Talking to the other agents, who had been doing it much longer, that's common.  So she lasted a few years, but gave up eventually. My FBI friend said that the ideal way to go into the FBI would be to join the military straight out of high school, stay in at least one renewal, to get more specialization, making sure to keep up on weapons.  Then, when out, go to college on the GI Bill, and go through law school.  Don't bother with the bar.  Just go apply to the FBI.  They like military and they like law degrees, so both would put you on the top of the pile.  Then work on getting assigned to HRT or the other armed response teams.  They are the only ones that see "action" and are still as safe as the desk jobs.
