When I first started to lose weight last year I was 171 Lbs. But I never did much running, my goal was 140 but I seemed to have been just staying at this weight for the past month or so and I want be 135 now.. So I've decided I'm gonna start running/jogging 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening. So that would be about 28 miles a week. But I know if I keep doing this my body will get used to it and I'll stop losing weight as fast as I was. So if one week I run everyday and then the next week I run 5-6 days then have a break or a day where maybe I can do some toning. So the main question is How much weight will I lose if I run 4 miles everyday for a month? What foods should I stay away from? What are some good toning exercises? Please no dumb answers, I want descriptive and helpful answers! Thanksss!

No, don't do this. You need a diet full of proteins, carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. Also, if you want to lose weight you have to exercise at least 4 times a week. If you just drink water and eat crackers you will die. Try eating only healthy foods instead
