If Found Innocent Is The Suspect Reimbursed For Work Missed

I miss my innocence and I want it back?

Common BoY!!!
what's wrong with you???
why you want to be innocent??

innocence is of no place here in this world...and after realizing so much, you still want to be innocent??

you can show to others that you are innocent, but that would again create an complexity in you...

accept the fact that, you are just getting matured, you can't become a child if you want...

so, try to become matured, not innocent...
i know this is not the solution you wanted, but this is certainly for your betterment...the choice is yours!

How are you innocent until proven guilty if you are jailed while waiting for trial?

Every government system in our so-called “free world” makes rules and laws that are skewed in their favor. Even “Democracy” is like a David Copperfield trick. Making people believe that we live in a “free and open Democracy” is the key to keeping the people from revolting. Making them think that they have a say in what’s going on in their lives, even though in reality it’s all just a mirage. If we lived in a true Democracy, with technology as it is today we would all be able to have the option to vote on EVERYTHING! Technically it’s possible..and that would be a true democracy…yet they don’t do that. They stick to the old system, giving us just enough power to elect someone who makes your vote for you on EVERYTHING. Representative, they call them. Sure the system is a little bit better than it might be in Irak or Somalia, so people are generally ok with it. But it’s not a democracy.Same thing with innocent until proven guilty. That’s too risky for the government. Sure they want the people to believe in that facade or there would be anarchy, and just like in advertising or telling a lie…if you hear something enough or tell the same lie enough times, you start believing that it’s true. This simple trick of manipulation has been used by governments all over the western world and elsewhere. People generally believe that they are innocent until proven guilty until they are thrown in jail and have to wait there without bail for 2 years while the government gathers the evidence that they should have already had to be able to make you spend one day in jail in the first place. We as citizens don’t really have as many rights, but if we all saw that to be true, the governments would have serious problems on their hands. They would lose their precious control over us.The justice system in the U.S. and in most other places in the world is not fair at all for regular citizens, and while you should be innocent until proven guilty, you really aren't, because the government would have to do way too much work and have to come up with real and actual evidence in order to prosecute people. They don’t have time for that shit. The people want blood, and the politicians need a scapegoat fast before the people come for theirs.

Being accused of stealing money from work, no proof, can they do this?

You could still be fired, but unless they have some proof there is nothing that can be done criminally. This happened to my son. He was set up by his manager who tried to manipulated a situation to make it look like my son was stealing. Fortunately the police saw through it and the manager was caught stealing and was fired.

When the police come in to investigate, they investigate anyone with access to the money. Half the time the culprit is the accuser.

My husband used to be a retail manager.

Why are only rich people innocent until proven guilty when charged with a serious crime?

Since bail for a serious crime is only set up for rich people, then rich people are innocent until proven guilty and poor people are guilty until proven innocent. Poor people have to stay in jail, and many times lose their job and have their lives seriously affected, even if proven innocent. Rich people don't have to worry about that. Why is this?

Have you lost your Innocence ??

Hi Nada, I am 12 years, I have a mobile, i have a computor & t.v. in my room but to say i have lost my innocence because of this technology would be a lie.
I am fortunate to have parents of different culture & religion,(my mom is now converted from christian to Islam) so to quote my mom i have been taught both sides of the coin. They are very open with me & answer my questions(i am always chatty&asking)in the best way they know how so not to scare me & not to shelter me too much either.
I have not only lived in Egypt we have travelled much with my fathers business this has helped me to grow very quickly & gain independence. Most of all i have learnt to appreciate the life my parents have provided for me because i have seen so many less fortunate than i but i am no better than these peoples.
My parents have always brought me up to be loving,caring,sharing,honest,kind,genero... to show good manners respect myself & others in all ways no matter what walk of life they are from.
We all come into the world with nothing what we gain & do in the meantime is in our hands.(my nanna just added).
I agree t.v. internet, papers, magazines can influence the way we are but deep down it is the respect for your familes that should be in the front of your mind & not let other peoples influence that. My family have never hurt me so i would not hurt them, they have never disgraced me so i would not disgrace them. It is a question of pride for yourself & them & without this i think maybe i would react differently.
Both my English nanna & Egyptian auntie have discussed your question with me & i have answered it in the best way i can & with their help.
It is so sad to see how so many young peoples here today are rebelling & this is happening everywhere not just in Egypt, we can only pray these peoples realise the shame they will bring to their familes & Islam by their behaviour& how this can affect&may ruin their futures!
I must go this has taken me over one hour to type & my nanna has just poked her eye keep taking her glasses on & off checking this. hehe ROFL it's ok she not hurt too much!
I have enjoyed this question it opened discussion for us here. Thank you
Have a nice day everybody
Respect!!!

A question regarding the term innocent until proven guilty.?

It is NOT a law. It is presumed to follow from the 5th, 6th and 14th Amendments from the Constitution and from Case Law in Coffin v United States.

It stems from the foundation of our justice system that the prosecution must prove the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Thus, implicitly, the defendant is presumed innocent until proven otherwise.

In other countries, a defendant is presumed guilty and must prove innocence.
