If I Buy Minecraft On Christmas Can I Expect It To Confirm On The Same Day

Which next-gen console will you buy:PS4, Xbox One, or WiiU? Why?

As it will be some years before I need to replace my PS3, it's hard to tell. If I had to choose today, however, it would be the Xbox One. Why?I am not a hardcore gamer. The XBox one seems like it has and will continue to have more non-game entertainment options.Did I mention I'm not a hardcore gamer? I play games maybe an hour a month. I own four games. I've never wanted to sell one, never wanted to borrow someone else's games, and thus don't care about any of that stuff. I also never done multiplayer online gaming and have no intention of ever doing so.I'm hoping the XBox One will eventually allow me to get rid of the cable box. The PS4 hasn't made any moves in that direction, and it's a bit of a thing for me.Based on Ariel Williams' answer, it seems like the XBox One will have a slower fade into technological obsolescence.I'm intrigued by Kinect, which I've read is better, more sophisticated and more versatile than  the Sony Camera (or whatever it's called)And because I don't care about the biggest complaints people are making about the XBox One. Required Internet connection? My PS3 is already permanently connected to my WiFi. (Honestly, I don't understand the fuss over this issue: I assumed that our consoles have been permanently connected to the Internet for years. It's like getting mad when your employer says all employees are required to shower daily. Don't you do that already?) Oh, and the privacy issue with the Kinect? A non-issue. To save electricity, I turn off the power strip that my game, cable box, and TV are plugged into when not in use. Let's see Kinect invade my privacy now. (And heck, if it bothers you so much? Throw a towel over it when you're not using it. How hard is that?)To put it succinctly, I'd pick the XBox One because I'm not interested in a gaming console. I'm interested in a media/home entertainment hub-like device that happens to have gaming capabilities.

How careful are people who have bipolar disorder with money?

I have Bipolar I disorder.  Mood stabilizers have all but cured my compulsive shopping.  Now in times of mild hypomania I might buy a few extra cosmetics in Sephora and the like, but it's nothing like it was back in the days of full-blown mania.Things that I have done while manic (bear in mind, I make a decent salary, but I live in NYC, I'm certainly not rich, and I still have student loans):I decided I was tired of waiting in line while shopping, so I bought the clothes of everyone ahead of me for them so I could get through fasterI spent $20,000 in Pottery Barn to redecorate our perfectly fine living roomI bought $2000 worth of shoes at Saks, $3500 worth of shoes at Barney's, and a $2600 Chanel bag at Bloomingdales in a single afternoonI paid my grandparents' rent (although my parents and aunts and uncles were prepared to do that, and I was only 24 at the time)I bought all my friends iPods and jewelry from Tiffany for ChristmasI bought luxury vacations for multiple friends I paid for all my friends to go to multiple spa days with meI gave $1000s to charity, which isn't a bad thing, but I didn't really put much thought into it - whatever was tugging at my heartstrings at the moment got my moneyAt one point I had credit card debt of over $45,000, despite having a good salary and living in a cheap apartment with a roommate.   I knew where every penny was going.  I obsessively tracked my bank accounts and credit accounts and loan balances and 401K.  But I couldn't stop spending.  Anything I wanted was mine.  I wanted to shower everyone I loved with gifts.  I wanted to share my wealth (or at least my credit) with everyone.Mood stabilizers were a godsend.  The shopping stopped, almost immediately.  Didn't even have the desire for it anymore.  I sometimes get frustrated thinking how much better off I might be today if I had only gotten help sooner.  On the other hand, I helped some people, I've been around the world, I pet a leopard, I swam with dolphins and sea otters, I've had lemurs jump on me,  I've had a 4-hand massage, and I've bathed in chocolate.  It was a lot of fun, even if it was entirely unsustainable.  (Don't get me wrong - I'll take the control the meds give me over the un-controlled frivolity that makes it impossible to plan for the future any day.)

What are the pros and cons of studying at Karunya University?

Placements :All major Companies TCS, CTS, Zoho Corp, Accenture, Infosys etc do recruit huge chunk of students. People expecting Google, Microsoft please go to NIT or IIT. Many people will have you believe the College makes false claims but that is bullshit spread around by frustrated individuals.Education :It’s not an IIT or NIT so why expect that level the reason you are here is cause you screwed up in class 12th so why pretend like you’re a genius who was fooled and trapped in Karunya? The standard is not bad/lower compared to any government college in Tamil Nadu.Ragging :Impossible.CAT, GATE,GRE etc :GATEFORUM, Time conduct classes for GATE and CAT, GRE respectively in the campus on weekends. Buses are available all through the day so commuting to the city is not an issue, if you wanna join some institute in the city and attend during weekends it’s not an issue.Something that may annoy You!The college is strict regarding attendance and yeah morning assembly, they usually give a “message” but at times it’s boring and just does not motivate/help you, it just adds to your frustration. Girl’s have a few restrictions eg You need to get permission if you wish to commute to the city regarding any work/coaching on weekends, Hostel timings etc. Some False facts that you may have heard.People try to convert you to Christianity force you to go for Sunday services(bullshit). Heck I am catholic and didn’t go most of the time no one cared. The college is not recognized.(Bullshit again)

I just bought a Ps4 console. Which are the games that you recommend I start my journey with?

if you want an open world get Red Dead Redemption 2. its the best game this year for many people. get that. you’ll love it. if you don’t have the money for it, (it’s 80 bucks which is average for a triple a game) then you can get GTA 5, which was released in 2013 so the price is probably about 25 bucks in stores and 30–40 bucks digital. GTA 5 is still a very fun game.if you want a shooter go for COD Black Ops 4. That is the only good COD game for the PS4 in my opinion. if you want a more realistic shooter than COD, get rainbow six siege.if you want a sports game and you like basketball get NBA2k19. if you like football get Madden. if you like baseball get MLB the Show 18, (19 will be released in march) and if you like soccer get FIFA 19. Obviously its your choice.Want a superhero game? go for Spiderman. that game is also very good and is second in video game of the year behind Red Dead Redemption 2.Want a game to just play casually and build stuff? Minecraft. you’ve probably heard of it.All those games are very fun to play and are great games to have on a ps4.

Does the inevitability of death make life meaningless?

There is but one truly serious philosophical problem and that is suicide. Judging whether life is or is not worth living amounts to answering the fundamental question of philosophy. All the rest – whether or not the world has three dimensions, whether the mind has nine or twelve categories – comes afterwards. These are games; one must first answer.— Albert CamusIt’s a great calamity to throw this question out there to someone else, and rely on their answer. “Someone else” is generally made up of people who believe, who hope, who pretend. Rarely by people who think honestly. For example, a common approach is to make up some meaning, perhaps by pretending that “good” has meaning and that “prolonging good” thus makes you meaningful. Many answers here provide further examples. When you found out that Santa probably doesn’t exist, I wonder, did anyone suggest that you make up your own Christmas deity that is responsible for the presents? You could, and it would probably make you happier than the alternative, but is it an honest approach? Certainly not.In the final analysis, you are the only authority, since it is you who decide which answer you will listen to. Why not find your own answer, then? Ponder the question. Go deep, with focus and intent. Leave no stone unturned, and do not settle for muddy answers. It certainly is quite the endeavor, but indeed, one must first answer!Good luck.
