There shouldn't be any problems running games purchased from anywhere in the world. This is because starting with the PS3, the games have been released in a “region free” format. This means that all PS3 games will work on any PS3 console worldwide. Tha same applies for PS4 games.The only thing that hasn't achieved a worldwide standard or “region free” status is the power plug for the console. A U.S. bought PS4 will have a different type of power plug than a U.K. bought PS4. This is easily solved with the correct power adapter.

Can ps4 work internationally?
The PS4 has a 100v-240v power supply. As such it will work in every country without the need for any form of voltage converter. You only need a small plug adapter, or a replacement power cable. In addition, there is no region locking on PS4 games, so you can buy games from any country and use them anywhere, although there may be issues with DLC. Movies do still have region locking though.In addition, you will be able to use your PSN services from almost anywhere, I believe the only exception is mainland China where services are blocked. You may find problems with purchasing games however; for example, I had difficulty with a UK PSN account registered with a UK credit card buying games when I was not in the UK. However, if I used a UK PayPal account attached to my UK credit card then that wasn’t a problem, as long as I did it on the PS4 itself.
