This is usually expected since messing up with SU can cause app permissions to get garbled. Try to flash a custom recovery (which you almost always get with a flashable su.zip). Then enter recovery and select ‘fix app permissions’.Mostly the problems get fixed. If you still face problems ensure that you have a file manager such as root explorer. Then fix the app permissions to r w -r - -r - - manually using the file manager app. This time most of the problems and app crashes will not happen.Cheers :)
