No. Deleting your Yahoo account will not cause your questions or answers to magically disappear. What it will do is remove your ability to access your Answers account. The profile will most likely stay too. Even if the profile goes away eventually, the q&a will remain. You do have the option to make any of your posts anonymous, using the Edit button on each post.
Does deleting your yahoo account delete the questions you have asked as well?
You can only delete questions that you asked, and you can only do that while they are still 'open'. Once a question is in 'voting' or has been resolved via a Best Answer being chosen, the question belongs to Y!A and is in their database forever (or until they start archiving old Q&As anyway). You can also email Yahoo Customer services at y_answers_team@yahoo.com or y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and ask for them to delete the question for you. In your email include the link to the question you want deleted, explain why you want it deleted and ask them to delete it for you To delete your question while it's still open, go to the question page, pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, and click on Delete Question. Yes, as per my knowing, if you delete your Quora account then not only your answers but also all your activities here on Quora shall be deleted alongwith it too.However, if a user deactivates their account, then all their activities and answers remain. It is so because a user can reactivate their deactivated account anytime, upon their wish. Deactivated accounts will remain on Quora just as how the active users remain.But if a Quora user has been banned by Quora for whatever the reason may be, then sooner or later, their account shall be deleted and not just that, like I said, with the deletion of their account, all their activities including their answers shall be gone too.Note : Both deactivated and banned accounts can be followed but only the banned accounts can be unfollowed. In order to unfollow a deactivated account, one has to wait for its reactivation, no matter how long the wait.

Questions are considered community property, if they were deleted when someone deleted all their content, it wouldn’t just affect the question, but all the answers to the question, effectively deleting them as well.So no your questions won’t be deleted, what will happen is that in the question edit log, instead of saying your name as the asker of the question it will say ‘User’.This only applies to questions; all other content will be deleted.

Anonymous questions and answers are not tied to your account in any way now with the feature change that took effect on March 21st. So, none of the content you posted anonymously will be affected by your account deletion. They aren’t yours, they are on the island of anonymous and no longer connected to you.Questions belong to the community, they will remain.Answers you wrote anonymously will also remain on the site. If you wish to delete those answers you need to use the edit links provided to access them, click on the ellipsis in the lower right and select delete. You can only delete your anonymous answers using the edit link. And once deleted they are no longer accessible in any way.Once you delete your account, there’s a 14-day grace period and then ALL your content is permanently removed from the site. If you sign back in during that time you reactivate your account. So for complete account deletion it takes 14 days without access of any kind to be permanently gone.
