Would you lose weight faster by eating only fruits and vegetables or eating nothing at all?

Eating nothing at all is not a great choice to make. Starving is never a wise choice to make for the purpose of losing weight because it will make your body weak. Making the body weak is never an idea behind weight loss, instead getting healthy body should be the main idea behind losing weight.Fruits and vegetables are always a good options to add in your daily routine diet because they provide all the mineral contents plus limited amount of calories as compared to some other junk or oily stuff. However, over relying on the diet for losing weight is also not a great idea. It might help you in shedding some weight and till you continue with your diet plan your’ e body will not gain weight but still question remains that same, will you get the desired results by only relying on fruits and vegetables? Well, if you want to shed 3–5 Kg then it might work but if you want to shed more than you need to take further steps. Most of the diet plans only provide the desired results if supported with some other healthy activities such as workout. yoga, meditation and etc. So, try to come up with a complete plan instead of relying only on fruits and vegetables. So, make sure to healthy healthy, avoid unhealthy, do some workout or exercises, detoxify your body with green tea or red tea, take good amount of sleep, try some other practices such as yoga or mediation.[1]Footnotes[1] All You Need to Know about the Red Tea Detox Program

How can I diet to lose weight without feeling like I’m starving all the time?

Absolutely! You don’t have to starve and any form of starving isn’t healthy.Don’t try to lose weight. Weight is a symptom of your current lifestyle. Work on the roots, the shoots will be fine. Change your lifestyle and you don’t need any scale. Now, how can you gain back health not only without starving but eating the best foods on the earth?Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eat them raw and eat them plenty. You can eat whatever fruit and however much you want. Same goes for vegetables.Eat fruits and vegetables the right way. Please refer to my articles below.Have large salads with what you’re already eating. You see, you don’t have to starve!People don’t know how to combine foods. You can’t combine foods as you like. There are certain principles that constrain what kind of food we consume at any given time and with combination of other foods. It’s called “Principles of Food Consumption.” I’ve explained in detail here: What I Achieved After Plant-based Diet of Last 8 YearsOther related articles:My weight is 94 kgs and I am just only 18. If I smoke instead of eating when I'm hungry, will I lose weight?

Yes, not eating food will result in weight loss. However this will usually not apply If you then binge a lot after you’ve starved yourself.I do not recommend smoking instead of food as it is there to nourish your body. However if that is something your heart is set on please do not exceed 30 hours as your body will start to use muscle and not fat as energy and eat away at your body. Also, your body will go into a mode which will make it start to store any food you eat as fat because of our ancestry.

Can I lose weight from eating only coffee, water and a fruit a day in 2 months?

Although is a drastid diet, and you will lose a lot of weight ( hope you got enough), you probably wont die. If you can resist 30–40 days without food, and about 6–7 days without water, I mean in perfect conditions of health and weather, i bet you can do fine with water and coffee and 1 fruit. You have to understand…you will lose A LOT OF WEIGHT. Do you want that. Although I am a big suporter of strict diets…for fat people ( that can be discuss further, but not here), you need to be careful, there are a lot of downsizes. My advice? Go with the diet, but for shorter period of time. Take it fast, but take it slow.Addendum: I have a good idee for diet, that I recomend: barbed wire diet. 1 week tied with barbed wire to the heater, fed with only water and 1 loaf of bred. BET YOU GONNA LOSE SOME WEIGHT.STOP MAKING EXCUSES: I am not fat, I am sick, I have gland problems, I am beautiful no matter what. Too much weight will kill you. LITERALLY.Good luck!

If I just eat fruits and vegetables for 2 weeks how much weight will I lose?

Bad strategy. You might lose weight, of course (it’s equally likely that you might gain weight, too, if you eat more sweet fruits than savory vegetables), but that lost weight will be at the expense of lost muscle. You can never afford losing muscle mass through starvation (which you will, effectively, be in) because metabolically more expensive muscle tissue is what actually serves as a buffer between the carbs you consume and how much body fat you store. Low amount of muscle mass = not much potential glycogen reserves, which means you can more easily overconsume your carbs (including those from fruit) - when you don’t utilize those carbs immediately for energy and don’t have any muscle (or liver) glycogen reserves to replenish - those carbs will end up as body fat. Muscle mass is equally important for men AND women. That’s why “losing weight” is a terrible strategy - it should always be about “losing fat”. This is especially important given your extremely intense exercise schedule (exercising every day for 2 hours is also a terrible strategy, by the way - you basically don’t give your body any time to recover and rebuild). The bottom line is - you NEED to consume protein (preferably from animal sources) - not so much for building muscle (consuming protein without exercising does little to build muscles), but, more importantly, for normal biological processes that take place in your body every minute (production of vital enzymes, bone density, skin, hair, nails - all of those also depend on protein). Vegetables are terrible sources of protein or fat (which is also extremely important for cellular integrity, memory, hormones, absorption of vitamins, etc.).I’m not sure if your exercise schedule is dictated by the fact that you are on some formal competitive team or this is self-inflicted - but if you have a choice, make sure you give your body enough time to recover (i.e. - exercise AT LEAST every other day, if not less infrequently). If you don’t have that choice (again, team dynamics) - at least make sure your nutrition is adequate to support this insane schedule. Some tips that might help:Lose Weight for good and Ditch Diet Plans that Don’t WorkNutritional Ketosis, Part II - Ketogenic Diet in Weight Control and SportsBeing vegan: facts beyond the marketing hype | The Ultimate Alpha ProjectHow to build muscle - the right way (Part I - Rest, Recovery and Nutrition)How to build muscle - the right way (Part II - supplements)Hope this helps somewhat!
