Since no time frame is given, it is definitely very possible to have all the non-essential parts of your body surgically removed, i.e., all limbs and a lot of the superficial muscles and fat around the torso. Those parts can then be frozen and consumed over a period of times until just bones are left.  Obviously, you will still exist, but you be under half your starting weight.  Once you are done with those, the only remaining option would be start surgically removing your digestive tract.  It might be possible to remove a large a part of it and stay alive, but that would require the world's best surgeons, and is frankly, not worth the effort or cost.  If you did, however, succeed and consumed the removed entrails and surrounding musculature, you could potentially reduce yourself to a third or a quarter of your initial weight.  Any more, and would kill yourself and die at the previous weight, whatever that may be.

Mother cried"Those eyeballs would be better fried!"But all too late, for they were gone,And he had started on his dong..."Oh! foolish child!" the father mourns"You could have deep-fried that with prawns,Some parsley and some tartar sauce..."But H. was on his second course:His liver and his lights and lung,His ears, his neck, his chin, his tongue;"To think I raised him from the cotAnd now he's going to scoff the lot!"His Mother cried: "What shall we do?What's left won't even make a stew..."And as she wept, her son was seenTo eat his head, his heart, his spleen. And there he lay: a boy no more,Just a stomach, on the floor...None the less, since it was hisThey ate it – that's what haggis is.
