If I Eat Salad Only For About A Month Will I Lose Weight

Will I lose weight if I only drink water and eat salad for a month ? I also excercise.?

I would aslo like to know How much weight i will lose if I do that for 2 weeks or a month ?

These excercises that I do are crunches,sidecrunches,jumprope,jogging,p... & lungs.

If you guys know a good way of losing 2-7 lbs. in 2 weeks can you please tell me.

Yes along with brain cells and energy, you can't live on salads only, you need protein also. The key is eat a balanced diet on a regular schedule. Not eat less of what your body needs to survive.Good luck

Will i lose weight if i only eat salad everyday?

will i lose weight if i eat salad for lunch and dinner everyday for 2 weeks with a little piece of chicken or something small on the side at dinner. and for breakfast i would have either 2 small waffles/panckes/or french toast OR just a poptart. this is all i would be eating and also maybe a little snack in between lunch and dinner like a bar. and i would get 30 minutes-hour of exercise everyday. will i still lose weight if i dont do the exercise? HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE IF I DO THIS FOR 2 WEEKS?

SO LONG AS WHAT YOU EAT IS LESS THAN WHAT YOU BURN.Seriously, that's all that matters.  Granted, it gets complicated when you get into figuring out how much you actually need, but really, you just need to eat less to lose weight.  It's actually pretty risky to change your diet for only a month since it damages your relationship with food and reduces the possibility of you keeping your weight off. Change your diet permanently by eating a varied diet and changing your portion size based on need.
