Can a PAN card have your husband's name on it?

No.The basic premise of fathers name on pan card is that one assessee can have more than one husband due to second marriage due to death of first husband or divorce from first husband. Where as father shall remain the same throughout the life of assessee. In case of female if the name of husband is mentioned on pan card, then incase of male should name of wife be mentioned. In such case there shall be no uniformity in data. Therefore it is only father’s name that can appear on pan card.

Do I have to order new checks when I change addresses in the US?

No! This is not necessary. It is rare that people still use paper checks but in the case that you move it is up to you.As stated in other answers here, you may use online banking, ACH, or alternatively cross out old address and write new address in. This is a matter of formality more than a hard rule. As a matter of keeping your accounts safe, banks like to be sure all of the account owners information remains accurate. This includes the address on your checks which should match the address on your account.Worst case scenario, you lose your checks and someone uses them with old address. You may still report fraud or confirm which you wrote or did not write. I would not worry about it much.Hope this helps!

Is SF4Cl2 polar, nonpolar, or does it depend on the arrangement of atoms?

The S is in the center and the 4 F and 2 Cl atoms will bind to the S forming an octahedral structure. That means 4 ligands will be bound to S in one plane and the other 2 sticking out of the plane in two opposite directions. If the arrangement is symmetrical, the molecule is nonpolar, but if it is asymmetric, the different electronegativity of F and Cl will induce a polarity in the molecule.

PS cis and trans refers to direction of the so called ligands (groups attached), if the y are both in the same side its cis, if on opposite sides is trans. Like this:

f cl
cl f

What's the youngest age you can get a texas Identification certificate?

Can someone help me compare chlorophyll and fireworks?

When molecules absorb or emit light, they change their electronic state. When chlorophyll (chl) absorbs a photon of light, it makes a transition to a higher energy or excited state (chl*). This excited state is unstable and there are four alternative pathways by which it can return to the ground state (unexcited). Excited chlorophyll can 1) re-emit a photon (fluorescence), 2) convert the excess energy to heat, 3) transfer the energy to another molecule, or 4) use the energy to do work (cause chemical reactions to occur). This last is called photochemistry.

When chl* re-emits a photon in fluorescence it is behaving exactly like a pigment molecule in fireworks does when it is heated by the explosion of the combustible material. The difference is that the pigment added to fireworks absorbed the extra energy, not from sunlight, but from heat generated by an explosion.

Link #1) One of the most beautiful and entertaining uses of fire occurs in firework displays. Fireworks need a source of combustible material for energy such as black powder, a mixture of charcoal, sulfur, and saltpeter (an old name for potassium nitrate), or smokeless powder such as cellulose nitrate. In addition, fireworks contain substances that give off bright, colorful light when heated. A common example of such material is sodium in table salt. If salt is sprinkled into a flame, an orange color appears. The colored flame is a result of electrons in sodium ions absorbing energy and moving up to higher energy levels and then falling back to their ground state, emitting specific amounts of energy that correspond to colors of light. For centuries, this phenomenon has been the basis of flame tests in chemistry laboratories."

Can I pawn a pistol not registered in my name in Texas?

There is no “gun registration” in Texas. The State of Texas does not care about your guns, unless you are a criminal actor, and then , in Texas, you go to jail. Everybody else ? Left alone. If the pistol is your actual legal personal property , you may certainly pawn it. One point- to get it back from the pawnbroker you will have to fill out a BATFE Form 4473 and undergo a NICS background check.

What are the requirements to buy a gun from Walmart?

Be able to pay for the gun. They’re funny that way.Bring your driver’s license or state ID card. You’ll need that.Bring a recent (30–60 days) piece of mail that has your name & address on it that matches what’s on your ID. The mail should be a utility bill, rental/lease agreement or similar document. Some states require this to confirm your address. If your car registration matches you can use that.Check with Wal*Mart or a local gun shop if there are charges to conduct the background check. In some states it may cost you an extra $19–$25.Also ask the above if any special documents are required. Some states or jurisdictions require you to have a permit to purchase or some other document - a firearms owner ID (FOID) card (Illinois), Firearms Safety Certificate (California). Costs for these are extra and you may need to obtain the document in advance. If buying a handgun bring a lockable gun case or purchase one from Wal-Mart with an inexpensive padlock or keylock. Most states require the gun to be in a locked container when transporting it. Do not assume the glove box or console to be a legal locked container. You need to be able to answer NO to the following questions on Form 4473:Are you under indictment or information in any court for a felony?Have you ever been convicted in any court of a felony? Are you a fugitive from justice? Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?Have you ever been adjudicated mentally defective or committed to a mental institution?Have you been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions? Are you subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening your child or an intimate partner or child of such partner?Have you ever been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence?Have you ever renounced your United States citizenship? Are you an alien illegally in the United States? The dealer will contact the FBI background check system for approval to release the firearm to you. How do you pronounce the surname "Llewellyn"?

You're pretty close! It's hard to explain the double l when you can't hear someone say it, but think of the ch sound as in Gaelic ("loch"), German ("Bach"), or Hebrew (don't know enough to think of an example here!) as well as in Welsh--the vibration in the throat. Now try to apply it to an l, but not quite to say "chl." Of simply aspirate the l--put an h before it. Of course that's easier to do at the beginning of a word than in the middle.
