If I Have Floor Seats Can I Move Up To The Stage

Sneaking closer to the stage at a concert?

I have One Direction tickets for May 24th at the Patriot Center, Fairfax, VA.
I already have floor seats (Section 5) I was just wondering if I can move up into section 2, and if security catches me, what will they do.... lmao

Also, is it possible to sneak someone else into the Floor area? Can I just give them the ticket I already have and let them give it to security so they can enter?

Thanks in advanced.... (:

Floor Seating at Concert? Strict Security?

Hey! This summer i'm heading to the Prudential Center for a concert. We are in the D section which is on the floor. I'm very happy w/ our seats buttt...usually the day before a concert if you go on the website there are always some floor seats like RIGHT IN FRONT of the stage that haven't been bought. If i'm able to get to those seats & no one is sitting in them do you think Security would notice?

When i went to see Justin Bieber our seats were behind the mix stand which kind of sucked BUT there were a few seats that were open so we moved up like 4 rows & nothing happened. I know being RIGHT next to the stage is more serious so i was wondering what would happen if there happened to be open seats & i moved to them.

Thank you xxxxo

Can you move into empty seats at concerts?

Yes if there are empty seat you can go sit in them. However last time i was at the ComCast Center it was Great Woods and they had ushers in the isles checking tickets to see of you were in the seat you had purchased.Seen Jackson Browne and Rod Stewart in the late 80's there.
Good luck and enjoy the show even though it must be months away?
Added note:If it's a general admission concert then it's first come first served seating and if you move then you lose it!

Is the 20th row in floor seats close to stage?

I just bought tickets to florida georgia line for greensboro nc and i got floor A row 20 seats 9&10. Are those seats close enough to see and get good pics. I know that there will be people taller than me and all that i dont care about that ill sit on my husband's shoulders if i have to i just wanna know if its close and if ill possibly get some good pics :)

Arena concert help, can I move seats during the concert?

No, you can't move seats. You have an assigned seat and you have to stay there. (but, if you are sneaky and you see open seats in your section then you can probably move a little closer. Obviously, only move if the seats are in your section and if you know the people aren't coming).

You need a wristband to get into the floor area. They have security blocking the entrances to check for wristbands, so you can't get in without one. If you have floor tickets, then they make you stay in your seat unless you are in the first couple rows. If you are in the way front, then they usually let you stand near the gates that separate the stage from the crowd. But that's only if your are in the first or second row.

This is my experience with arena concerts. I've never been to a FOB concert, so it could be different. But since it's at an arena i'm sure there will be similar rules. This is not a general admission event like at a club. They don't want people getting hurt.

At a JONAS BROTHERS concert can you sneak up closer to stage?

FIRST OF ALL i am not the one going to the concert, it's my best friend and she wanted me to ask this for her. second of all i'm not a stalker, and neither is she? how would sneaking closer to the stage at a concert make you a stalker? man you're an idiot. ;]
and my friend has grandstand seats, so thanks to everyone who helped ill tell my friend to stick to her seats. and security isnt smarter than me or her she said shed be sneaky but ill tell her she just cant do it..

General admission (floor) vs seating in rock concert?

General admission vs seating in rock concert?
i want to go to a MUSE concert in 2 weeks here in chicago. the concert is in an arena so it has a GA area and a seating section. which is better? (the ga is right in front of the stage and the seats are behind) ?im thinking of getting a seat ticket but as close as possible. how early do you have to get there if you get GA to have a decent spot?? isnt it tiring having to stand all day?? (1st concert)
(aslo i will be going alone and im sort of an introvert if it matters, so which would be better?)

What is the best seat in a concert? Why?

It really depends on what you want the most from your concert experience. I've been first and second row at sold out concerts and while the view of the band was amazing, being crushed against the barrier was not. And when there isn't anyone in front of you, it's hard to dance and you don't really get to experience the energy of being in the middle of the crowd. Also earplugs are a must. Being towards the middle can also be fun and the energy is great. I'm very short so the view isn't that great, but it can be a great experience. However when I've been in the middle I've had several mosh pits start right next to me that I've had to escape from, so beware. Having seating at a concert  is an entirely different experience from being on the floor. The view is better than the middle of the floor but definitely not as good as being center of the front row. It's definitely nice to be able to sit between sets and have your spot reserved so you don't even have to be hours early. If you don't like getting squished up against drunk and sweaty strangers then seating is perfect for you. The energy of the seating is a little more subdued, but it's still a good experience. Also sitting far away in the grass is super chill.

Are GA floor tickets at the LA Forum a good thing?

Good and Bad. You will be able to go anywhere on the floor, but so can everyone else. This means that close to the stage will be crowded (and possibly dangerous) due to the fact everyone wants to squish and move up to the front. If you hang out in the back of th GA Floor it can be good assuming you can see over everyone.
