Eating a lot to gain muscle weight.?

First you're gonna need to work out as in weight lift. Lift heavy. 6 reps high weight. Running is only going to burn calories. Your'e going to want to consume alot of natural sources of protein as well. But that's gonna be your best bet. Oh and go to GNC and pick up a high protein shake. Consume once a day until you finish the container. Then relax.

To gain muscle do you have to eat alot?

i started lifting 10 pound dumb bells about a month ago. i did get stronger by working out and now i lift the 15 pounders, i even lifted the 20 s a couple of times. and i finnally can do a perfect push up. i am a really skinny kid i am 5 foot 8 an weigh 132 pounds. even though i can see that i got stronger my arms are still skinny as hell. the only time i can tell the diference is when i flex my biceps are bigger then they have ever been!. but today my frend told me " you can work out all the time but the only way ur muscles are gonna grow is by eating alot.) my freind that told me this is really strong and you can see in his arms, hes pretty buff so i really considered his advice.he eats at mcdonalds every day during lunch time at this park i go to. for some reason i decided to quit mcdonalds and i havent had it in months. so do u think i should start goin to mcdonalds an eating there like 4-5 days of the week?. i really wanna get big ill try anything if i know it would get me bigger, i work out and do evrything right. but i dont know should i give this "eating alot thing" a try? should i start eating mcdonalds with my freind??

Can you gain muscle by just eating healthy and alot of protein?

by eating enough to gain weight, you'll actually put on a good deal of muscle mass regardless of whether you lift or not. it doesn't all become fat when you gain weight. if you lift in addition to eating you'll gain even more muscle mass.

you need to eat a caloric surplus to gain weight.

Do I need to eat a lot to gain muscle mass?

well what u need to do is change your diet. u can still eat alot but the healthier the food is the more weight u will drop and more muscle u will gain. u could even try to set a limit on th number of calories u intake per day. try to work 3-4 times a week as well with both cardio (running, swimming, etc.) and weight lifting

If I lift weights with a caloric deficit diet but high in protein, will my muscles grow?

Well that will be very hard, especially if you are a beginner. I myself am doing the exact same thing at this moment, but i am lowering my body fat, and the high protein intake is to preserve muscle, and hopefully build some in the process. My personal food intake consist of high protein, mediocre fat intake, but good fats mostly from fish and nuts and really low carb intake. You can just go with your way of eating, just take some carbs and fat also, so you can have so fuel for those hard workouts. Also incorporate cardio workouts 2–4 times per week, around 30 mins is perfect. You can start with 5 mins the first week and slowly upper the time in the next few weeks until you hit those 30 mins. Some people do it for 45–60 mins, but you wont need that much, you will burn muscle also. You can also work on your natural testosterone. It will help you with fat loss and muscle gain. You can do that with food, supplements and good sleep.Testosterone boosting foods: all kinds of meat, especially beef and tuna, all kinds of nuts, all kinds of potatoes, extra virgin oil, garlic, onions, eggs, avocados, pomegranate…Mineral and vitamins: Zinc and Vitamin D. I use them every day, i take them before sleeping, and the best effect i get is feeling fresh in the morning, all powered up and ready for a productive day and hard workout. Your hormones will be balanced, you health will be better, especially immune system. You can also take magnesium and vitamin B. Or just go with a complex that has them all… This should be taken by everyone, its a matter of health.Sleeping is the most important part, as you recharge when you sleep. Your muscles grow when you sleep, your testosterone is the highest when you sleep, also your growth hormone. Also take at least 2–3 days off from gym. But on the days that you workout give your absolute best! These few links have some info about all this. Hope i helped a little, best of luck and don’t give up. If you keep being persistent and dedicated you will get the body that you want to.All about testosteroneVitamin DImportance of food
