Who is the best cane corso breeder in the United States?
There are a lot of good breeders out there you just have to do your research. There are a lot of different type to the corsi at the moment so you need to find a breeder that is breeding what you want and narrow it down that way. Call and get out to visit them if at all possible to see the adults in person and how the interact at home. Find out if they are attending any shows and get out and see how they behave there. Look for ones that are health testing, breeding for temperament as well as correct conformation/workability and never settle with a breeder that you aren't 100% comfortable with. Also ask the breeders for references of people that have bought dogs/puppies from them, and not just recent ones but ones that they have had their puppies for a few years. Join some of the Cane Corso forums and ask people there to PM you in regards to breeders you are interested in. Then do more research and make the best decision for yourself! We currently have 2 Cane Corsi from Cane Corso de Italica Terrae and they are amazing. Zoe and Dom were great people to work with and got us exactly what we wanted. Not just great looking dogs but with a correct, stable but protective temperament when required. Also something else to remember that the breeders on the breeder referral site I believe pay to be there so just because they are listed doesn't always make them the best. Not that those ones might/might not be but there is a lot of politics in this corso world and you have to weed through a lot of murky water to get some of the answers you require. Some other breeders that I like the dogs appearance/temperament of are: Rivale Cane Corso (mainly working lines but they do have family pets as well) Liberty Cane Corso Pride & Joyz Cane Corso

You mean this:I’d imagine it would probably tear it’s way through your digestive system, possibly getting stuck along the way potentially causing Gastrointestinal Perforation requiring immediate medical attention to prevent sepsis.It could also pass through without issue and be passed safely out with the rest of the food you can’t digest.If someone did swallow one, I’d take them to the doctor as soon as possible to have the situation assessed.
How come dogs are such light sleepers?
Just a guess, but maybe it's because they descend from wolves and wolves had to be on their toes all the time. Both of my dogs are light sleepers and I HATE it.

Idk why this got deleted. My dog Melody has always hated children. In fact the only reason I have her is because she kept attacking my aunt's son when he was four and my household was the only one that didn't have small children living in or frequently visiting it. I always keep her on a relatively short leash when we go out because even though she is trained very well she will lunge at strollers,kids and bigger dogs out of fear and anxiety. This morning at around 7 am me and my boyfriend were in central park training our dogs in an open area when a woman walked by with her two children. The kids wanted to pet my boyfriends calm friendly pit bull but their mother directed them to my child hating yorkie. When the little girl approached I pulled my dog away and told her and her mother that she may not touch my dog and to take her away. I admit I should have picked my dog up but at the time I didn't know that the child would still reach for my dog after I told her not to. Before I knew it my dog was growling and latched on to the little girls fingers. The little girl started to scream so her mother kicked my dog. My boyfriends pit bull pulled him closer to the situation and he began to get mad that the lady kicked my dog so now my dog was laying down on her side crying, but not moving.So he started yelling at her. The little girl was bleeding so her mother told us that we were going to have to pay for the doctor visit. I told her that I'm not paying for anything because I told her to keep her kid away from my dog and they both blatantly ignored me. The way I see it is the kid deserved it. It will teach her a lesson about listening to people and not approaching strange dogs. It will also teach the mother that she should not be putting her children into situations like this. When I said no she should have taken her kid by the hand and walked away but noo she let her kid reach for my dog and get bit. Now she expects me to pay for her mistake. Oh and if anyone knows a good dog trainer in NYC that uses positive reinforcement instead of harsh methods to train a dog it would be appreciated if you left the link or phone number in your answer thanks

Unless the animal is sick, injured or appears to be behaving aggressively, all you need to do stand back and enjoy what might very well be a once in a lifetime experience.Can you find the wild wolf in this photo?
