Your question needs a bit more specifications.But, I will answer as per my perception of the question.Suppose you took admission in july 2015 session then your assignment date deadline as they have written it on the handbook is 31st march so that you can appear in june TEE,but,it isn’t so practically ,your ultimate assignment submission date would be 30th september because the assignment questions of the students who have got in ignou in july,2016 and january,2016 are all the same .You can deduce this when you see the assignments questions.So,the assignment question remains same for july and successive january session and so you will have to adjudge your session and write accordingly.But if you missed both the dates then you will have to prepare fresh assignments as the questions will change .Also you will have to pay the exam fees again to appear in the exam.

Why does my boyfriend seem so clueless?
My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and we live 2 hours apart, but see each other often. I'm 16, almost 17 and he's 18, almost 19. I love my boyfriend more then anything and I know he loves me too, but he seems... dumb. I'm not trying to be messed up, but if I ask him a question, his most common answer is ''idk babe'' or ''you tell me babe''. Questions I ask and answers I receive: What do you wanna do when you come? A: Idk babe A2: You tell me babe What're you doing this weekend: A: Idk babe What time are you leaving to come here: A: Idk babe I do not know why, but he NEVER KNOWS ANYTHING! He tells me he doesn't know what we're gonna do and that it's up to me, but then he always complains because we ''always do what I want''. He also seems clueless. He is supposed to come on the 4th of July, but I told him it was kind of a dumb idea to come on that day because his cousin(the driver) doesn't even have a license or permit and there's gonna be cops and check points everywhere and he said ''oh''....... I am a leapling, and I know a couple more. We were born in the month of February, NOT March therefore we celebrate our birthdays on non-leap- years on the 28th. I am annoyed by people who say it should be March 1st because of technical or scientific reasons like 365 days blah blah blah. Those people do not have a leap year birthday and are just copy/pasting wikipedia. My drivers license expires on Feb 28th of non leap years, my auto registration expires Feb 28th every year except leap years, I took my first (legal) drink on Feb 28th 1986, anything legal that pertains to my birthday occurs on Feb 28th, so LEGALLY my birthday is February 28th on non leap years.
