If Im Under 18 And The Leagle Age To Be Alone Is 16 In London Can I Move There

Can a 16 year old travel alone?

Yes you can travel on your own as a 16 year old. As long as you have photo ID such as a passport to confirm your identity. Hopefully someone will be meeting you at the airport in London to pick you up so all you need to do is get on the plane by yourself. There is absolutely nothing to worry about and you will be fine. If you need any help, the airline staff are always there to help.If you mean that you are making the entire trip on your own then I would think that you would find it difficult to get a hotel room at your age. You usually need to be 18 to book a hotel room and you need a credit card in order to secure the room against any damages caused.I think the Travelodge allows under 18's to stay there so you might want to try there if you are on your own. If you are not used to travelling on your own you should make sure that you take extra security precautions when out and about such as not taking any valuables and not looking like a tourist.I hope you enjoy your stay in London.

Can you be in love at 15/16/17 years old, (looks long but really isnt)?

I'm 16 years old, and you can call me crazy, but I think I'm in love. I've been dating my boyfriend for about a year (not that long of a time I know) and around out 6 months, we started saying I love you. I told him before that, that I wasn't going to be one of those girls who say oh i love you after the first week just because its cute and thats what boyfriends and girlfriends do, I''m not saying it until I mean it, which by the way people called me crazy for too.

My parents, and the rest of the adults in my family, get mad at me for saying I love him, because they say its not real love, its puppy love or a big time crush. But how are they going to tell me that you can't fall in love at 16? Some people marry their highschool sweethearts and stick together, so how is it not possible to love them in highschool?

They make it sound like theres some law that says, "Anyone under the age of 18 or who has not graduated high school is incapable of falling in love because they are not old enough." I mean come on now, I know that there are some people who think they are in love (and hey that could be me, not saying it can't be), but why can't there be a possibilty that I am?

He's a sweet guy, and he never hurts me. I have friends whose boyfriends hit them and call them names and treat them bad infront of their friends, force them to do stuff with them sexually, and they still say their in love (which sounds rediculous to me) but my guy doesn't do any of that stuff.

And I'm not just saying that, he's never hit me, he doesn't call me names (besides teasing you know like stinkie or dumby/silly, little stuff like that), and promises we don't have to do anything till I'm ready. He always keeps his word (especially on what I just mentioned) Sorry now I'm rambling lol.

But yeah, so in a nutshell, Do you think it's possible for a teenager to be in love? Why or why not? And do you think its fair that these adults in my life try to make me feel guilty about thinking I'm in love?

How to convince my parents to let me live alone?

It's easy to answer your question, but with a question. Who is paying for your college education? Did you earn full scholarships, 100% paying your way through college? Then your arguments are valid and you deserve to live on your own, though it many not actually be legal for you to do so. Look into becoming an emancipated minor, if you have full scholarships.

Is your Dad paying your way through college? Then be quiet, and spend as much time as you can at the library and away from your father. A few more months of aggravation will not impact your life, like having your father withdraw college financial support would.

Can a 15/16 year old go to south korea alone?

Probably...but if you're not Korean or an adult I wouldn't go there by myself unless it was like exchange students and study aboard. Let me be honest with you. I'm sorry but Korea is like America. Let me tell you how because the of course the actors and singers in Kdramas and Kpop are goregous. Many of them are paid to look gorgeous and get plastic surgery like most of our American actors and singers. But I'm sure if you walk around in Korea you'd see that they are normal looking like many of Americans. Also research!! Not all parts of Korea looks like what you see in the dramas. My advice is if you don't know Korean, learn the culture and language. I really would recommend you waiting till you're in college then studying abroad in Korea.

Please do a lot of research before you go to Korea or any country so you know what to expect. I hope you just didn't watch and listen to Kpop and Kdramas and decided to just go to Korea without doing any research because you might not see or experience what you wanted in Korea.

Is it safe for a 16 Year Old to Go Abroad Alone?

I have to agree that you need to do further research because you are still a minor. Plus, if all things go well, make sure you will take all the necessary precautions. Have a carefully plotted itinerary which you will share with your parents. Ensure that you have the contact numbers of the hostels/ hotels that you are going to stay at. Generally, as a traveler, it would be great to make new friends overseas. But you have to remember that there might be some people who might take advantage of you, especially that you are young. Hence, you have to be assertive and listen to your gut feel. If you think something is about to go wrong, change direction.

Is 18 too young to move out?

I think it's legal, but do you think I'd actually be READY for the world? I'd like to move out, maybe when I'm about 18-19. I'm almost 18 now. People do it when they go to uni, but I want to do it so I can go and just work, make friends, have a fresh start really. I currently live in London so I'm pretty street-wise, but I'd like to either move to Brighton (an hour away), Cornwall (about 4 hours away) or maybe even overseas to America. I'm thinking either California or North Carolina. I've lived in a city all my life and I crave the seaside lifestyle, warmer weather would be a plus which is why overseas might be an option. What do you honestly think? Has anyone done this?

I REALLY like my other lesbian cousin. Please I need advice..!?

Okay, Firstly, thats great that you've come to terms with who you are! and great for her too :) i came to terms with being a gay girl just recently (im 17, 18 soon), but maybe shes not as comfortable with the idea of being in a relationship yet as you are? and 8 years isnt too big an age gap.

You said that youve had a lot of girlfriends, well, maybe she hasnt had any, and shes just as nervous as you around girls. does she know that your gay? personallyi always get nervous around gay girls and avoid them a little, so she could be the same.

Are you blood related? it sounds to me like your step cousins? i mean if your not, i would go for it :) and i know it can be nerve wracking with family watching by, but seriously alltha should matter is how you feel about each other :)

I would tell her how you feel once the time is right, but dont push yourself into telling her when your not ready.

Oh, and by the way, being a 16 year old virgin isnt rare! lol. A forty year old one sure, but not 16! im almost 18 and im a virgin, and proud to be (Cause im waiting until i meet a girl i want to spend the rest of my life with), and i dont know if thatsjust rare in london, but the rest of the UK it isnt.
Not everyone has there first time in there teens, a lot of people actually do in their twenties or older. Oh and ive never really been kissed either, or been in a relationship. Seriously your only 16, dont stress yourself out too much with this.
