What are some slang terms used among police officers?
The most derogatory terms for the bad guys and citizens who are just pains in the rectum:A.H. = Adam Henry (A-dam H-enry) If you don’t get it…..sometimes you will hear it as “Jack Hole”…..now what starts with an “A” that ends with HOLE ?RICHARD CRANIUM= What starts with a “D” and is a nickname for Richard ? What is the non-medical layman’s term for the Cranium ? Do these clues HEAD you in the right direction ?
Blonde Jokes Anyone?
There was a blond in a rowboat in the middle of a corn field. Another blonde drove up alongside the hiway and asked "what in the world do you think u are doing?" the other blonde said "im trying to get my boat out of here but it is really hard!" The other blonde looks discusted and says "You know what it is dumb blondes like you that make smart blondes like me look bad. And if i could swim i would come out there and kick your butt." So this blonde goes into a curtain shop and askes the clerk if he has any flower curtains. He says yes and takes her back. When she pickes out a nice pink floral pattern he askes her how much fabric she wants. She said "12 inches by 12 inches." He says "Wow miss are you sure? that seems too small for a window" She said " Im using it for my computer!" He said "Why in the world would you use a curtain for a computer?" She says "Duh.... I have Windows!!! Just thought these were funny. Tell me what u think.
Do you think a DVD player is worth it to bring on an 8 hour flight for a 1year old?
You can use electronic devices in flight, you just have to wait for the announcement that it's ok to use them. Usually about 10 minutes after take off. That said, I see a lot of people bring the DVD players for their little ones, and it seems to work wonders. I think between that, a few books, and maybe a favorite stuffed animal or something else small would be just fine. Hopefully he will sleep a majority of the flight! Depending on what time of day you are leaving, try to keep him awake during the day, so he will sleep if it's a night time flight. If you leave earlier in the day, then wake him up a tad early, to help him tire out a little earlier in the day. Have a great trip to Italy!!!!
