If My Notice Period Is 48 Hours When Would My Last Day Of Work Be

Do apartment managers have the right to do an inspection of your apartment?

A landlord (or his agent acting upon his instruction) has a legal right to enter your unit at reasonable hours for inspections and routine maintenance. He is required to give you advance written notice of the entry, typically 24 to 48 hours depending upon state law or local ordinances, or longer if your lease stipulates a longer notice period.

Frankly I've never seen a lease that did not address access to the premises by the landlord and his agents and repairmen, but even if the lease is silent on the matter, the law gives him the right to inspect the unit at reasonable hours as long as the advance notice requirement is met.

In the US, a landlord does NOT need the tenant's permission. You have no legal right to deny him access to the premises at reasonable hours as long as the notice requirement has been met. Nor can you limit his access to while you are present; if you insist on being on hand, arrange to be there all day.

These routine inspections typically look to see if any repairs are needed to maintain the premises. They will also check to make sure that you have not trashed the place, are not creating a health hazard, and there is no obvious illegal activity going on or other blatant violations of the lease agreement. The landlord won't be rummaging through your personal possessions.

How many days before period does basal temp drop? also how many dpo should 10ml early pregnancy test work?

depending on the length of your luteal phase you usually notice temps dropping at 10-12 dpo if you have say a 14 day lp.
8 dpo is far too early for a bfp on any brand but those 10 miu internet cheapies have never given me a bfp before 14 dpo they are nowhere near as sensitive as they claim to be.
12 dpo is usually a good day to start testing and i'd recommend you switch to first response hpt's they are much much more sensitive than the 10 miu internet cheapies which are annoying and give evap lines and faint positives that are hard to interpret. best of luck you are just so early yet so dont give up! i had a bfn with fmu on 10 dpo and then a bfp at 11pm later that same day! baby dust ! x

Landlord won't renew lease?

My landlord sent me a notice last month and then again two weeks ago asking if I wanted to renew my lease. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, so I didn't respond. Well, I received a notice that he was planning to show the apartment to a new prospective tenant in 48 hours (I guess the lease says he can do that with 48 hours notice-it apparently also says I have to tell him if I want to stay 30 days before the end of the lease)...

I was really surprised, as I want to renew my lease. It is up in 13 days. Now he is saying that since I didn't tell him in time, he isn't renewing it. He posted the apartment for $400 more than I'm paying right now and got responses, so now he isn't interested in keeping me. He also mentioned that it was annoying that I got locked out a few times during the year, which I don't think is that big a deal.

Anyway, is there anything I can do at this point that would make him have to renew it?

What's the best day to conceive after getting positive opk?

Have sex once every two days (for optimal sperm health and for the sake of your husband, since men honestly tend to need at least 48 hours to "recharge" after sex!) during your fertile period. So if you get a positive OPK, have sex that night and then again two nights later. An OPK usually gives you about 48 hours advance notice, and doing it that way should have you covered both BEFORE and AFTER you ovulate. In general, I plot out my fertile days (that's your shortest cycle length minus eighteen for the first cycle day you're apt to be fertile, and your longest cycle length minus twelve for the last cycle day you're apt to be fertile, eg: 28-18= day 10 first day, 33-12= day 21 last day) and have sex once every two days during that period to maximize sperm availability and sperm health for when I do ovulate -- in such a case, I'd have sex on the 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, and 20th days of my cycle.

In general, sperm live for about 3 days inside the female reproductive tract (72 hours.) In optimal conditions (eg; when eggwhite-like mucus is present) they can live for up to 5 days (120 hours). Sperm-friendly lubricants like PreSeed nourish sperm and provide the environment necessary for the sperm to reach the uterus through the cervix, and may also extend sperm lifespan.

I've also noticed that it's easier for my husband to "perform" just after he comes home from work, or in the morning, than it is for him to "perform" at bedtime -- try to change your timing and/or your sexual routine, and see if that doesn't help your husband have more stamina! It can be tough on a man if he thinks you're only seeing him as a sperm factory (I mean, how would that make YOU feel?!) Make sure to do special things for him and show him courtesy and respect always!

OPK's are not always reliable; they're a good secondary source of information, but for your primary information, rely on your BBT chart and changes in your cervix and cervical mucus (ovulation pain is not always reliable, either, and shouldn't be used as a primary source of information -- for both OPK's and ovulation pain, it's because you CAN get multiple days of positive input from both, and this is why I primarily refer to my BBT to chart my fertile window, then have sex in that window, because "THE moment!" is something only your ovarian follicle knows for certain!)

Lots of baby dust to you!
