I'm a 16 year old guy who weighs 87 kg. I want to lose weight. What should I do?

I know that feeling. I myself was overweight and started working out at 17. Its been 2 years since then and i’m in a very good shape now.Back to your question. The whole process of weight loss consists of 2 steps.1)DIETPeople panic and stop eating at all. Don’t do that. You have to keep your metabolism high to lose fat, this being the main reason why you have been seeing less changes as compared to your workout should provide.Eat only complex carbs (slow digesting). This will keep your hunger satisfied for longer time and release energy slowly throughout the day. You can eat oats, brown bread, bananas, brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc. Avoid sugary drinks and foods, this includes all kinds of cold drinks (except diet cokes and drinks) and fast foods.Eat food rich in protein. As you already know protein helps in muscle building.30 minutes prior to your workout, mix 1–2 spoons of coffee in 1 glass of warm water and drink it. This will help you in burning some extra calories during your workout. Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day (3–5 liters)Don’t try to limit your calories for now. First make a habit of eating clean. Then gradually start reducing 150–300 calories per week from your diet.2)WORKOUTYou have to keep your heart-rate high throughout your entire workout. So don’t sit for long, don’t focus on your strength for now, don’t think about how much weight you’re lifting as your prime goal is to lose fat (building muscles will be the next task after you shed that unwanted fat from your body), just make sure to complete your entire workout (weight-lifting) in 50–60 mins with max 1 min gap between each set. Secondly, focus more on your cardio and do high intensity cardio. If you can sprint on the trademills, do that, and if you can’t, use cross-trainer. I personally find it easier to burn more calories on cross-trainer than any other machine. Now don’t hang on to the cross-trainer for 15 mins. Instead do intense cardio with high inclination and resistance on cross-trainer for 5 mins, and repeat this 3 times.Hope it helps..

Is 6000 AUD per month (after tax) sufficient to live in Sydney for a family with a kid (1 year)? I will be moving to Sydney with a TSS visa subclass 482.

Yes. We live in the Inner West about 5km from Sydney CBD. Rent is 600/week for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in a building with no lift. Electricity and gas is 600 every quarter for a 3-person household.Commute takes about 30–45 minutes during peak hours from our place to Sydney CBD. Choose a suburb that has a good access to public transport ideally with access to both trains and buses. If you already have a work when you arrive here, choose a suburb that may not be close to work but one that has good and FREQUENT bus-train (or vice versa) connection to get you from home to work. You can check Google Maps for this info. For your food, it really depends on how much you want to spend. I’ve been tracking my food, coffee, takeaway spending this month and between 18/11–3/12 I’ve spent $435 on food including my once or twice daily takeaway coffee. I cooked most of my meals when I started tracking my expenses and have only bought takeaway food a couple of times since 18/11. That is for one person only. The money I’ve spent on bus fare since 18/11–3/12 is A$73.50. I don’t own a car, I don’t pay for private health insurance. If you are a PR or a citizen you have access to free healthcare although it may take you some time to be treated if your condition is not critical or considered life threatening. You can still see a General Practioner that bulk bills and you do not have to pay the gap.My phone bill is $20/month prepaid 10gig per month. I bought my phone outright. Our internet bill (I guess) is $60/month I don’t pay for this one but you can get deals from different companies for internet/mobile phone bundles for your whole family.Other matters such as child care, I have no idea because I am a single person living in a shared apartment with a couple who have money but chose to share their rented apartment because they want to save on rent and are waiting for the property prices to fall (I don’t know when this will happpen or if it’s ever gonna hapoen) so they can eventually buy in the area where we are living in.Good luck on your move and learn as you go along. Don’t try to listen too much to what other people say when you first move here. Focus on your job, build a network of trustworthy and reliable friends over time and live within your means. And oh! There are plenty of toys that you can borrow in your local library for your child. You can rent a different one every week. :)

HELP!!! Uncircumcised, tight foreskin, 17 year old, need to work on retracting?

When you were very young your foreskin was attached to your glans to protect it, and that is why it hurt when you tried to retract it as a child.
The foreskin usually detaches before puberty, and it's at that stage that the foreskin is more mobile, and can start to be retracted.

The reason that it's so uncomfortable is that your glans has been protected for all of your life, and is very sensitive. It is this sensitivity that makes sex so good for you, and it will become more bearable with time. Once your foreskin can retract easily, it'll be a lot better.

What is happening to you isn't that unusual, this happens when your penis grows faster than your foreskin.

You just need to stretch the foreskin, do it in the bath or shower - the hot water helps to soften the skin.

When you’re erect, just ease the skin back as far as you can without hurting, as this can cause micro tears, which then heal with scars - not what you want. Hold it there for a few minutes, then let it relax. Repeat this as often as you can.

When you’re flaccid, you can insert a clean finger under the foreskin, and gently stretch it, again, don't do it so much that it hurts.

Since you can partially retract your foreskin it won't take long before you can pull it all of the way back easily. It'll probably only take a few weeks, or maybe a month, before you see any results, but keep it up daily and you'll get there.

Pulling the foreskin back whenever you pee will help, as will masturbating.

If this doesn't work, you can ask your doctor for some steroid cream, this will help to soften the skin, and make it stretch easier.

Finally, you are right not to want a circumcision, it's almost never required for the problem you have.

My husband wants sex daily - HELP!?

The people on here that say your husband is going to cheat if you don't have sex with him everyday are ridiculous. It's nice that he's attracted to you, and you don't HAVE to have sex with him when you're not in the mood. So long as you guys have a normal, healthy sexual relationship he will stay satisfied, and if he wants more- tough sometimes it's not gonna happen. That's life, none of us can always get what we want. He's not a child- he isn't going to walk out the door and find something else!

As for HisBaby- Some people have no idea what it takes to be a working mother- or even a mother at all. Keep doing what you do, you're doing just fine- so long as you and your children are happy you're fine! And it's not STRANGERS raising your children- they are people you trust, that your children trust and see every day. They become very much an important part of your child's life. I seriously doubt anyone walks to the drug store and pulls someone out of the aisle and says "Hey can you watch him today? Don't worry- he's potty trained"
