also the person who said this to me is female I am not skinny, I don't think I do have a nice figure, but I'm not fat. I'm pretty sure she wasn't trying to be "nice" or making fun of me. Anyway it was a female who said this to me. She goes "that skirt looks nice on you, you have a nice figure" I went "no", and she goes "why no?"

However, there are some curvy people that don't need to use that term to cover up anything. If you are 5'2, 105, and curvy, then you probably have a beautiful figure.
