If Someone Upload A Video On Youtube How Do I Know His/her Account

How do I get a copyright to a video that I uploaded on YouTube?

YouTube does quite a good job at securing your copyright on their platform. People downloading your footage is another issue though.More at How does YouTube stop copyright materials from being uploaded on YouTube? (Comprehensive)When you upload your video to YouTube, a content ID is created and matched to other videos to check for any copyright violations. Interestingly enough the same is done when someone else uploads your videos. If they do, you’re most likely going to be notified by YouTube that someone just uploaded a part or the whole of your video. At this point you can chose to take appropriate action. It’s not a full proof system. There are some work arounds however, by distorting the audio, duration, meta data and aspect ration users are still able to upload copyrighted content and not be detected. If such content does go under the scanner and if you do find it, it can be reported.

How do I check if someone’s YouTube video is monetized?

No actually in November 2018, I'm giving an updated answer. If an ad is being played before a video, it doesn't mean that the channel is monetized, and the viewer is getting money. Suppose there is a copyright claim on a video, the copyright claimant, can also monetize the video and earn money from the youtubers video. Best example is my channel, where I post cover songs, the owner of the song claimed my Video and has monetized that particular video. And the ads are playing on that video, but my channel as whole didn't even meet the monetization criteria, i.e., to have 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers, yet! But the revenue that I get from my video is being transferred to the claimant. So, if I have to tell you in simple words, ads being played on my video but I still don't earn single penny. So this is how it works. Hope it helped you.

How do you get paid for uploading videos on youtube?

You need to get partner status. In order to get that... you need to meet some guidelines listed below.

But MOST importantly...

You need to be really, really, really good and not violate any YouTube policies.
=====
Partner Program Basics: Criteria for partnership

When we evaluate applicants for suitability for the YouTube Partner Program, we look at a variety of criteria including but not limited to the size of your audience, quality of content, compliance with our YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, and your country of residence. Your account may be a good fit for the Partner Program if:

1 You create original videos suitable for online streaming.
2 You own or have explicit permission to use and monetize all audio and video content that you upload -- no exceptions.
3 You regularly upload videos that are viewed by thousands of YouTube users.
4 Your content is family-safe.
5 You live in a country where we've launched the Partner Program. Please visit www.youtube.com/partners to see if you can apply.

Your account may NOT be a good fit for the Partner Program if you upload videos which use any of the following without the explicit permission of the person who created or produced all material:

a Music (including cover songs, lyrics, and background music)
b Graphics and pictures (including photographs and artwork)
c Movie or TV visuals
d Video game or software visuals.
e Live performances (including concerts, sporting events, and shows)

Is there a way to know if someone has a private/unlisted video uploaded on YouTube?

I just noticed my question might get misunderstood - I'm not asking to find a private video. I just want to know if there is way to detect that someone uploaded an unlisted or private video on his/her channel.I want to show my public uploads, subscriptions, liked videos on my channel. These are shown in rows on my profile and the order of these rows change according to my last activity. That row gets on the top (e.g. liking a video) on which I was active most recently. My Question is: If I wanted to add an unlisted/private video which are not to see for other people, would the 'uploads row' still jump on the top? (If the order changes, then it would be noticable that I uploaded a private video) Help would be much appreciated.Marc

If I watch a video on YouTube, does the owner of the video see the user who has watched it?

No, the owner of the video has no idea who has viewed it. Same with if you like the video. There is currently no way for creators to see the names of people who viewed or liked the video. Of course, if you comment the creator will see who commented ;)Creators can see how many views a video has, the age group percentages of those views, the geographical (relative to country) location of those views, and and gender of the views. This is not for each individual view, but for all of the views collectively. For instance, if a video has 300 views, and 100 of them came from the USA, it would way 33% USA. If 150 of them were male, it would say 50% male. You get the idea. The creator can also see audience retention for geographical locations and age groups for each video. If you watch a video, there is no way that the creator could know that it was YOU who watched the video, but of course if the creator doesn't get too many views, you live in a less-common country for YouTube, and he is really good at cross-referencing data, the creator might be able to decide that you did watch the video, but there is no way that the creator could say with 100% certainty that you did watch it.
