If U Will Wake Up After 9 0

What does it mean when a dog wakes u up by standing over u in your sleep?

I have a 9 yr old German Shepard mix (totally sweet and loving dog)--she has just started to wake me up in the middle of night by standing over me--this is not an agressive move---she is usuallly shaking and has a sad look on her face when she does it--its almost like she is scared but then is pretending to be a goat---she is a small Shepard--only 60 pounds
Not sure if she is sick but she has no other symptoms
Does anyone have any idea?

What time do you go to sleep and what time do you wake up and why?

I usually stay up to watch Seth Meyers' Closer Look and the go to bed. I get up sometime around 8:30-9:30. It depends on the bladdef or my old cat wanting fed. I'm retired, so getting up is not important.

How do I sleep early and wake up early?

One word: Discipline. But before you start, ask yourself why you want to do this. Be honest. If you find a compelling reason only then proceed to the next steps:Decide on a time to sleep and get up. I normally sleep at 10:00 pm and get up at 5:00 am sharp. Unless it is an emergency, I go to bed at 9:45 pm. No exceptions.Initially you will probably not fall asleep at the decided time. Don't give up. Force yourself to fall asleep. Don't have any distractions like cellphones or television around. You can take help of slow melodious music though. When the alarm rings, get up. DO NOT HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON. Getting up early is like any other exercise routine; if you let yourself slip, you will lose the habit. So force yourself to get up.Repeat this process daily until you start yawning around your regular sleep time and wake up without alarms in the morning. Your body is found of routines. You just need to introduce it to the new one.All the best!

Can someone help me with this math question regarding probability.?

The combination of lockers at the high school consist of three numbers, each ranging from 0 to 39. If a combination is chosen at random, what is the probability that the first two numbers are multiples of 9 and the third number is a multiple of 4?

Which is correct and more accurate: 12:00 AM or 0:00 AM?

It's 00:00 hours. And this is used when representing time using the 24 hour time format. 12:00 am is used when you're using the 12 hour time format. Both the notions used are accepted universally. It's just a matter of preference.

Why if I go to sleep at 12:00 am and 1 am I feel tired the next day even when I sleep 8 hours?

To be honest, not everything I give you is a checked scientific fact, but most are commonly known facts and some are experience-based opinions.First of all, most of what you need to know is in the other answers. Now to state my answer:1- It is a commonly believed concept that the first hours of the night, namely 10 pm - 1 am, are the hours when your body normally achieves best rest and your brain achieves best organization and repair. "Normally" because like the others have stated, your body can learn and adapt to different habits and make them a new norm. Therefore, sleeping later than 12 am would deprive your body of 2 earlier most efficient sleeping hours it is routinely used to.2- No judgements, but people most often stay up late on electronic devices (TV, computers, smartphones, etc.)These devices, through their screen brightness and through electromagnetic waves, act as stimulants for your brain; they make it unlikely to doze off or sleep for some period of time (minutes). If spend your late nights away from screens and phones in general, this won't be a problem.3- Like most of the others told you, your body gets used to a certain rhythm of day-night-day-night and wake-sleep-wake-sleep. So it will take some time (a few days at least) to get your body used to different sleeping hours. One method of overcoming this could be taking Melatonin (sleep hormone) tablets before sleeping at any time different than your routine. It basically fools your body into believing it's the usual sleep time. This is frequently used to overcome jet lag, which is caused by a similar issue.Hope I helped.

Why do I sometimes feel very rested after 6 hours of sleep, but other times I feel very tired after 6 hours as well?

One of the simplest explanations has to do with when you wake up in relation to your sleep cycle. I’m a former polysomnography technician, so I know a bit about sleep. If we could develop a non-invasive method of monitoring a person’s sleep, then we would be much better off. You could set a desired time to wake up along with a maximum and a minimum time, and your alarm could wake you when you were at the optimum point in your sleep cycle within that time frame. Perhaps you wanted to wake up at 7:30am, but you had to be up by 7:45am at the latest. You could put that into your alarm, and you might be woken up at 7:20am or 7:40am for an example. We stage sleep from stage 0 which means awake all the way to stage 4. The ideal time to be woken up would be in stage 1 or 2. We cycle through these stages while we sleep. If your alarm were to go off while you were in stage 3 or 4 sleep, then you’d likely feel quite groggy. That feeling will likely persist for quite some time after you wake. Waking up from stage 1 or 2 in contrast usually results in a feeling of being rested and awake. There are definitely other factors that can affect how you feel when you wake up regardless of stage, but this is a big one.

Is it possible for me to increase my height from 5'9" to 6'0" at the age of 18? If yes then how? And if no then why?

Yes, surely, you can. Because i did it too.In 10th standard (age 15), i was 5'1''. I was not so much conscious of my physical appearance but my mom used to chide over my height. She made me take admission to a dance class so as to put me in an exercise schedule. I followed that schedule for 3 months, then escaped it. Whether it was a result of those dance classes or something else i don't know, but i was 5'3'' at the end of 10th standard (age 16).I started going out for morning walks which soon turned into sprints. Before going to the morning walks, my mom would provide me with sprouts. So the sprouts and sprints became the first thing everyday. At the end of 11th standard (age 17) i was 5'5''. In 12th standard, i was no longer able to stick to my routine of sprints and sprouts, but i used to run for around 60-70 minutes and cycle for 30 minutes a week, not letting my routine die completely. At the end of 12th standard (age 18), I was 5'7''. During the vacations, i regained my routine. After three months, i was 5'8''.I continued my routine in college too. At the end of 1st year (age 19) i was 5'9''.At the end of second year (age 20), i joined gym which helped me grow two more inches, i.e., 5'11''. All this time, I used to skip 150 rounds everyday. Here the saga stops. I'm 5'11''. it's my final year of college and i have no interest in gaining more height now, given, 5'11'' is quite a decent height in India. Sounds like the story of a movie, right? May be, but it is indeed true too.So the message is clear: GIVE YOUR BODY A LITTLE TOUGH TIME.
