Can you get arrested if you hack?
You will be arrested if you hack. Cyber crimes are illegal and serious offences. Any evidence that suggests that you have hacked into a system, been a part of the hacking process, or facilitated the hack by any means can be used against you in a court of law. And, you can even be sentenced to serve time in prison if found guilty of the crime.
What happens if you get arrested and never give your name?
This happens occasionally. Typically, the prisoner is identified by fingerprints (they will be printed by force, if necessary), or someone in the jail or police department recognizes them. Once in a while, they will be reported as a missing person and matched up that way. It usually gets around the law enforcement community that someone is in jail who refuses to identify themselves, and I've never heard of anyone doing this the very first time they were arrested. Thus, their prints and photo are already in the system, and people are far more likely to be arrested close to home than at some distant location.If someone were to really hold out a long time and wasn't identified, I suppose they would be brought before the court. What would happen there is a toss-up, but I think most judges would order the person held until they identified themselves. No one wants to be responsible for ordering the release of a murderer or similarly heinous person. Up until automated fingerprint identification systems (AFIS) came into use, positive identification was made by mailing an inked tenprint card to the FBI and having them compare it against those already in their records. In the 1980s, it typically required 3-4 months to complete the process. I remember several "be on the lookout" (BOLO) bulletins for wanted murderers, robbers and rapists who had been booked into a local jail on minor charges under an assumed name and released before the prints came back. It wasn't until the FBI report was received that the jail knew who they had really arrested. That can still happen, because not every booking station has an AFIS scanner (and of those that do, not all of them are patched into the automated network), but it's far less commonplace now.
Can you get arrested for having sex in a parked car?
In order for you to be arrested they must have probable cause that a crime has occured or is about to occur. If in any of those situations the ages made the sex, statutory rape the older person should be arrested. Also if your conduct makes it such that you are indecently exposed or it is probable that you will become indencently exposed without police intervention you could be arrested. Finally, is your car trespassing. Just because you could be arrested doesn't mean you always would be arrested.
Can you get arrested for bullying someone?
If the bullying becomes physical, or there are specific threats (e.g. “Give me your lunch money or I’ll beat you up,” is extortion).
