In my previous job i was always willing to come in to work when a co-worker called in sick or went on vacation. It allowed the business to operate smoothly without interruption. A manager allowed me to work as a bookkeeper for one day a week. I could balance a daily ledger. When a co-worker had a baby, i worked 2 shifts straight that day. I didn't have any conflicts but other workers would come to me to "mediate" their disputes. I was usually able to do it successfully..

Either will benefit you. I remember my friend once told me:Teach once, learn twice.By asking questions you gain new knowledge or elaborate more on certain thoughts, but by answering questions you are recollecting previous knowledge, mustering it to share to other people, and hearing it again. Such recollection of knowledge exercises the thought, as well as the brain to work.Thinking is like work out for your brain, while asking questions is like feeding your brain with information, thus either will help you develop or improve.Thanks for A2A :)
