If You Had A Chance To Sell Yourself To Judges To Make It On A Team How Would You Introduce

How do I introduce myself in beauty pageant?

Well ,introduction part is the most important and very first thing which happens in auditions , and it should be best (atleast from our side ,else depends on judges ) , though I'm not experienced but the things which I find essential areFirstly ,your introduction should not only include your name, but also your family background ,which attracts the judges .Never ever show yourself as a perfect person in your view ,always mention yourself as a learner .Don't only include your plus point ,you must mention about your weaknesses as well ,you must accept that.Past is something not be discussed usually but in this case I find it helpful ,not to rewind it fully ,but to tell them in short and also ,the lesson you got from it .Always show the way you look towards India and Indian problems, which you think are problems and also include the project you want to work on and why .Don't forget to tell them the struggle you did to be able to stand there but also don't forget to inform ,you still have that patience and energy and will of not giving up.Always mention your qualification ,nad reason behind doing it and effects your carrer can have after joining this peagents .Very important ,never forget to mention why you want to win the peagent ,the reason ,and reason must be logical enough to impress judges .Then ,there are some other points as well,Be confident ,you should have confidence in eyes ,in your words ,and in your dreams.Be fluent ,try to avoid tBat communucational barrier like sticking in between and saying “I'm …..aaa, I also ….aaa” you know that ‘aaa’ in between disinterests the judges .Have an eye contact with all the judges .Don't forget to use your hands while speaking .Stand with a straight body ,an attractive posture ,and most importantly, have a smile on your face .Also, let it be short one ,not very extended ,it bores the judges .I hope these points help you out ,don't forget to tell results ,if used any of these .All the very best !!!

What is the importance of team building?

I don't know the team building practice in other countries. In Malaysia, most of the companies conduct team building outside their premises, usually at resorts or hotels. The question is why do we need team building training? What can we learn from team building?

What are some smart answers given to an interviewer?

I was in my final year and it was my first campus recruitment interview in my college. It was a startup on data analytics. The interview was over Skype and I had already mailed my resume to the interviewer. His webcam was turned off and only he was able to see me.Here is a portion of my resume. After 10–12 minutes of interviewInterviewer : By looking at your hobbies mentioned in your resume I can see you are an all rounder. Quite an impressive range of hobbies.Me : Thank you sir. ( I did not even remember what things I had mentioned in that list)Interviewer : ( Reading my resume and murmuring something) So you like poetry , singing and designing kind of stuffs.Me : Yes sir.Interviewer : Most of your hobbies are such that they are done alone. So shall I consider you as “Not a team player” because your hobbies reflect that you like to work alone. Most of the projects here are needed to be done by a team and you might not fit well here with your team members.I was dumbstruck for a moment. I did not see that coming. How am I suppose to answer this? And million more things started running inside my head in a fraction of second. Then suddenly something clicked into my mind.Me : Sir , I know such hobbies does not require a team. But you can also find FOOTBALL mentioned in that list. And football is all about the team coordination . It has taught me enough to be a good team player. And moreover all those hobbies are few of my passions and has nothing to do much with my professional life.I could not see him but I could imagine his face at that moment. He was impressed.Though it is not a very smart answer but it saved my day :PResult : RecruitedPresent status : Did not join :DMoral : Let’s Football :P
