Alright so adderall typically stays in your system for 3-4 days max (for heavy users 7) which in your case I'm sorry to say, but it's a little on the heavy side. However there's a few ways to fake it. Adderall is a salt which your levels of it can be decreased highly with lots of water. Typical answer, but it's true. I'd start drinking now 8-10 bottles a day till your test. Also drink cranberry juice, it flushes out your urinary tract the more often you pee. The day of your test id drink lots of water and take a b12 vitamin supplement to make sure your urine has color to it and before you go into the cup make sure you hit the toilet first for about 1-2 seconds so you catch your midstream. Adderall (mixed amphetamine salts) will most-definitely screen positive on most Urine Drug Screens. Most, if not all, tests include Amphetamine screening in their minimum standard 5-panel tests. Any amphetamines from Adderall to MDMA consumed with 48–72hrs will cause a positive screen.
Will Adderall and Vyvanse show up the same on a urine drug test?

And Sudafed.Vyvanse is a Dexedrine prodrug and contains 1/3 actual dextroamphetamine. Adderall has 1/4 levoamphetamine. The l-isomer is the only difference and when doing dosing conversion is accounted for (Vyvanse and Dexedrine technically are stronger and don’t have the peripheral stimulation from the l-isomer, just the central stimulation).
Will snorting Adderall show up in a urine drug test different then taking it orally?
If a person takes a urine/GCMS drug test I know Adderall will show up as an amphetamine. My question is can the test tell the difference between taking Adderall orally vs snorting or will they both just show up as an amphetamine?

I know it will come up on my drug test, but I do not have a prescription for it. I took 30mg today and have to take the test tomorrow. What can I expect to happen? I know it will show up on the test, should I disclose that I took it before I take the test or just wait for the results to come back to say anything? Again, I do not have a prescription for adderall. I just took them recreationally to help with final exams.

MDMA is metabolized into MDA in the liver, and they will test for MDMA metabolites, which can be differentiated from amphetamine metabolites, ONLY if they do an extended drug test. Standard tests do not screen for MDMA. Luckily for you, MDMA is often accidently read as amphetamine anyways (can be read as methamphetamine by accident too but this is much less common), so you would get off the hook since they won't care if that comes up. MDMA stays in your system for max 96 (72 on average) hours, so if you want to drop some pills try to be as sure as possible you have that amount of time to detox. Drink plenty of water and exercise the day after to speed up detox. However, if you don't know what drugs are in the pills, the chances of you failing the test raise exponentially. Although MDMA does have an amphetamine skeleton in its chemical structure, it is actually a substituted methyenedioxyphenethylamine, more akin to the hallucinogenic drug mescaline in structure and pharmacodynamics, MDA more so than MDMA (well, at least the target neurons, the serotonergic system, are the same. MDMA's mode of action is to reverse the serotonin transporter (SERT) while amphetamine also reverses its respective monoamine transporter, the dopamine transporter (DAT). However, active metabolites, disparities in neurotoxicity and effects on neural structure, differences in neuromoduation especially of oxytocin by MDMA, and differences in target systems makes MDMA and amphetamines extremely unalike. I find no common psychoactives comparable to MDMA, albeit 2C-I is what I would describe as a cross between LSD and MDMA. Actually, not a cross, but almost like it lies between LSD and MDMA, nothing alike either of them, yet very comparable.
