If Your Darkskined How Can Your Hair Grow

Can tea make your hair darker? How?

Black tea has a natural ingredient which is a bit making a dyeing effect. It darken hair while it adds shine and pretty highlights. Simply brew two cups of strong tea and use to rinse damp shampooed hair.Do be aware that very strong black tea can cause tan-like staining of skin.

But using it alone does not make a notable diference in the hair shade. However if it is mixed up with other natural ingredients, it is very effective. There is a combined natural ingredients which we had proven effective in making hair look darker, gives benefits of increasing the bulk of hair, prevents hair falling, and even makes hair growth faster.

You may be interested to try with his natural mixture:
** A cup of "black henna,"( but look for the brand which is a mixture of henna and indigo as this doesn't cause allergy.). This can be availed from Indian stores or any oriental markets.
**2 cups of plain yoghurt.
**10 strong black teabags.
**a cup of water

Soak or brew the teabags in plain water until the water turns very dark. Use such water to mix up with henna powder, and yoghurt. Mix it well. The tea and yoghurt acts to make henna release its dye. Apply it in your entire hair and wrap your hair with a towel leaving it for 6-8 hours. Wash your hair the usual way you do it with your prefered shampoo. Once your hair gets dry you will notice the difference of its color and glow.

It is said that henna coats each hair shaft with a natural, semi-permanent protein called hennatannic acid. Heat causes the hennatannic acid to cling to the proteins found in the hair. Because henna coats and seals the hair shaft, it helps protect the hair from damaging effects of sun, salt, chlorine, wind and pollution in the environment. It can help minimize split ends and acts as "hair insurance" if you spend a lot of time in the sun, surf or wind. Rather than producing dramatic color changes, henna enhances and deepens existing color.

Just be sure you are compatible with using the henna, and yoghurt as you know smells a bit sour but all the smell will be gone after the hair is washed. Do this once or twice a week and I assure your hair will get healthier.

I found a site using henna for hair but it uses diferent ingredients including tea as well. Check this out:

Does shaving make hair grow back thicker or darker?

Shaving hair make your hair thicker is totally a myth.Shaving will neither make your hair grow back thicker nor darker, nor grow any hair faster.Additionally, shaving does not increase the diameter of your current hair follicles or grow back hair that you have lost (these factors are largely determined by genetics). You need to know that it is totally an illusion; the fact is that after shaving the hair the short hair shaft becomes more noticeable. The important thing is that the hair pores or follicles are present deep inside the scalp skin. So, it is clear that shaving cannot reach to the deep root of the follicle. After 12 hours only, the hair starts appearing from the follicle. In a nutshell, going bald is not helpful for hair growth or healthy hair.Benefit of shaving head is that the new hair growth happens better without any damage and it is away from chemical treatments or regular day to day wear and tear. That is why the appearance of new hair looks amazing and healthy. Moreover, regular hair trimming or cutting remove all the split ends and damaged parts. But apart from that, if somebody is having dandruff on their scalp then shaving hair is a great move.It even makes sense to go bald because it clean the scalp from dandruff form the core.Remember that if your hair growth is not visible or you are having problems with hair thickness and volume, please consult a doctor who are expert in hair related problems, they help you to diagnose your problem and provide corrective method to stop hair fall.Today everyone is facing the hair fall problem. You will get the best clinic for hair treatment in India. The best way to find the clinic is by having proper knowledge and research about them.

Bikini Line...Open pores and ingrown hair?

first of all, i would definitely wax or go to a salon to be waxed to keep razor burn from happening. razor burn normally looks like ingrown hair or small infected pores on the skin, and can sometimes be bright red, though most likely not on your brown-toned skin.
the wax should last about 4-6 weeks. the hair must be at least 1/4'' for the wax to take hold and pull it out, so you might need to wait a week or two if you've just shaved.
it will also help with the appearance of large pores, as that is also partially caused by shaving - the hair growing back makes the pores look large.
it is normal for the hair to be darker than your skin or the hair on your head. and you can't stop that from happening through waxing or shaving ... sorry.

My friend said waxing makes the hair grow thicker and darker. What is the best way to have smooth skin without hair?

Hi.  I do understand your concern and desire to have smooth skin.  There are a variety of methods available and deem successful.  The issue with keeping skin smooth are the commitment level, price point and pain tolerance. Each hair is supported by one follicle and growth starts underneath the skin. This is a valuable point because there are plenty of myths plaguing our thought processes.  Each hair follicle holds one hair strand.  Many have asked the question concerning the growth the hair returns and the color?  Pigments and texture can certainly change but not regularly.  Does your friend notice color changes because it is something that is paid attention to (annoyance, stubble, sunlight on the spot, feels hard)?  Hairs tend to grow in according to the life cycle and age brackets. Baby fine lanugo hairs will feel different than a mature individual.  Types of hair removal methods.1) depilatory creams: These creams melt the hair and are wiped off after the melting action happens.  A chemical.2)Waxing:  A substance usually heated to a comfortable temperature, applied to an area of choice, and after removed with strips or full pieces of approved fabric strips. It does produce pain.3) Electrolysis:  A machine operated device. Removes hair by injecting an area with a needle. Services will be performed by an esthetician or certified dermatology specialist.  It does produce pain. This service has been replace with laser hair reduction.4)Laser hair reduction: A machine operated device based on a laser system.  Requires treatments.  Each treatment and thereafter, the hair will show a significant level of reduction.  Deciding to use laser reduction treatments should be a process that understands that you could burn, altered pigmentation could happen and it is pricey.  These are a few.  Hope this helps.  Let me know if I can be of assistance in the future.SHEVA.NYC

Is it normal to have hair growing out of your butt?

It depends on your skin color and your body hair. If you're fair skinned and have blonde hair, or if you're dark skinned and have dark hair.

If you're going to be having sex with someone, yeah I'd shave it.
If somehow it bothers you, yeah I'd shave it.

But (no pun intended), it's normal for everyone girls or guys to have body hair, including back there.. ranging to peach fuzz to thick course pubic-like hair.

Just be thankful girls aren't even near as bad as guys in the butt hair department.. ew.

God Bless.

Dominicans: How do you do it? How do you grow your hair so long and straight when its the same texture as AA?

Many Dominican women have textured hair so they visit the salon a lot, sometimes twice a week.Dominicans are HUGE on hair, especially straight hair. It's a cultural thing that gives the appearance of wealth and status. If you are dark skin and manage to have straight silky hair, then the better "off" you are. Even better if you are light skinned. My mom was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and she's told me about this.

And also Dominicans don't like to use harsh chemicals on the hair like they do here in the U.S. on black women's hair. They use products on the hair that have natural ingredients like avocado, coconut, and olive, things that keep the hair healthy.

Now I'm referring to actual Dominican salons in the Dominican Republic not the ones here in the U.S.

Here are some of the products they use at salons in the Dominican Republic and you can use at home, they mainly have natural ingredients which keep your hair healthy so it grows longer. I use some of these myself.

How does shaving hairs affect skin?

Shaving does exfoliate your skin. How much it does this depends on the method of shaving (electric vs. blade), the direction one shaves in (against the grain vs. with it), how much force one uses (a heavy hand doesn't do better but will cause more irritation). It will not change the thickness of the hairs. They might feel thicker as they grow back in. This is due to the fact that they have been cut in their thickest section, and as they grow in they feel like little spear points. When hairs grow naturally they do so with a taper, the tip being thinner than the middle.Shaving itself does not make skin darker. However if you have a very heavy beard, come from a darker skinned background, and shave against the grain, the irritation can trigger skin to get darker because it feels it has been damaged. Just as it darkens when exposed to the sun. The best way to avoid it is to use a good blade, something to soften and lubricate the skin well (this also makes shaving easier) and to shave with the direction of hair growth.

If you wax your your upper lip, will the hair grow back thicker?

No, it will not. I wax my upper lip regularly. I also wax my chin and sideburn areas-no dark hair there, but I like the smooth look and feel of it; very feminine. It stays hair-free for about 3 weeks, and then the hair begins to grow back in-and no, it doesn't grow in thicker when it does grow in. I have gone without waxing for several months too and have let it grow back fully, and it's never been thicker. I am probably closer to your mom's age than yours and I have been waxing my lip area for years! I am a brunette with fair skin. My lip hair has never gotten thicker, coarser or darker.

I disagree with the suggestion of bleaching the hair because you can still see the moustache at close range; it's lighter hair-but it's still hair. If she has rather thick hair on her lip, it's not a good look. It also looks really bad on people with darker skin tones. The blonde hair stands out against the skin, and is actually more noticable once bleached.

I'm a happy waxer! Tell Mom not to worry; she'll love the results. Wax on!

Why does some facial hair grow blonde even if hair on the head is brown?
