If Zimmerman Is Proven Innocent Will He Be Able To Live A Normal Life

Why do people view Zimmerman as Mr Right and an Hero worthy of Praise?

People criticized Trayvon Martin's Character

Even though the Criminal case is over, people from both sides used (and exploited) the Trayvon/Zimmerman situation for their own Convenience (I not just talking about Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton)

People calling Trayvon him a Thug, Criminal, Gangster, Hostile, Violent, Evil, Mentally ill, Distrubed, Crazy, Dishonest, Psycho

Someone said Martin would of Died eventually by Zimmerman, Police, or any Crimes he would of Commit in the Future

People even said the solution of this situation is to cleanup the Inner Cities, address Violent Gang Shootings, Young Inner City Youth After School Programs, The Drug Trade, Prostitution, and Mass Gentrification to fix up communities

Why do people (in Zimmerman's favor) want the issue to shift of addressing Gangs, Shootings and Inner City Violence

My Main Question is why does addressing Issues in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Oakland have to do with Trayvon Martin

and why is George Zimmerman painted as this Squeaky Clean Superhero who is worthy of Praise.

NRA Group recently gave Zimmerman $12,000 in Guns, Weapons and Home Security for Endorsement reasons

Who created this Character we know as George Zimmerman and Does this Character represent People

I said Character because he represents "Mr Right"

If this Happened in California, will Zimmerman be "Mr Right"?

Does George Zimmerman deserve any sympathy?

I'm still angry about Zimmerman's mindset and behavior, but I also feel sorry for him. Why do I feel that?People are largely a product if their environment and America has an entrenched pro-gun community that surely made it easier for Zimmerman to act as he didPeople invariably have mental and emotional problems. Zimmerman had anxiety and sleeping problems. He wasn't in great shape to make quality decisions.Zimmerman has to live with the knowledge that he shot a teenager to death. Sooner or later that will have serious effects on his psyche.Zimmerman's life is already spiralling. He's had relationship problems and run ins with the law. He may have been acquitted of murder but he went home with a large number of Americans despising him. It will be very difficult for him to have a normal life.I think his path may have been easier if he had been convicted.

Where can those black people get proper justice for their loved one after US prosecutor or the grand jury decline to press any homicide charge on those cop due to lack of sufficient evidence?

There are no legal criminal  recourses for justice in those instances where officers have used brute force leading to the deaths of people who possibly should have just been arrested. US double jeopardy laws prevent these officers from being tried twice.  Civil lawsuits can be brought  against theses officers for the deathes of their victims, winning won't lead to  incarceration but could lead to financial gain for the families who've suffered through the loss of relatives.  A civil lawsuit is also easier to win in court. O.J. Simpson is an example of  someone who was acquitted of murder, but later mandated in the civil court to pay millions to the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Huberman. However just as the US criminal court systems can fail, paying out damages awarded by civil  judgments can be dodged by filing bankruptcy which has notoriously occurred in many high profile, civil lawsuit cases.  Sadly, when a victim or family members of victims feel that justice system has failed them, they along with  public sympathizers realize how extremely unjust and unfair living in the United States can be.

If you bail someone from jail, can they still be sentenced for the crime?

Bailing someone out of jail does not adjudicate the charges. He still has to face the charges. It’s no different than someone who is ROR’d out.Whem someone is bailed or ROR’d out, they make a promise to appear.Often people pay 10% of the bail to a bail bonds company. The bail bond company pays 100% of the bail, and keeps the 10% bond. If the accused “bails” on the appearance, the company loses the full amount. The company can go after him for that full amount.Say the bail is $20,000. You pay 10%: $2000 to the bail company. They pay $20,000 to the court. When you appear in court, nothing happens. Once you are sentenced, and either remanded to custody OR released on probation, the bail company gets their $20,000 back. If, however, at any point between getting bail and being sentenced and remanded into custody or released on probation, you say “screw this!” and no show for court, 3 things will happen. 1. The bail company loses $20,000. 2. They can go after you for that, and can even send bounty hunters after you. 3. In spite of everything the bail company is doing, the court can issue a bench warrant for you for failing to appear at court. So, “skipping bail” as they call it, can REALLY cost you.

Why do my parents defend Trayvon Martin at all costs?

Ok so my parents are both of mixed decent. My dad is black and english, my mom is black native american, irish, and finnish. Sooooo when i first heard about Travon, i assumed that his death was wrong due to the media skewing the story by showing pictures of him when he was like five six and twelve. and, folks like Al Sharpton have been attacing Zimmerman. I think this whole thing was built off of the foundation of a lie. I mean seriously. If you saw some black guy or any other guy with blood shot eyes, not walking straight person walking through you neighborhood wouldnt you be suspicious? I know that i would. plus, all of the pictures of zimermans bloody pictures have been realesed. Also, they found Marijuana in Trayvon's body. He was a thug. a drug abuser. But yet my parents stil say stuff like, Oh! does that mean he deserved to be gunned down? Omg! so he attaced the man! does that mean he desereved to get gunned down? and then Oh he had pot in his system! does that mean he deserved to get gunned down? And i am like, he had ppot in his system. He would have gotten arressted for drug possesion anyway. another issue is that they are convinced that all blacks are sterotyped as violent little beings. they say, oh you look like tryavon! Everyone in our family looks like tryavon. My grandma has blond hair, green eyes (natural) and tan skin. I am brown skinned only because I live in the deep south. (which I hate) When I was up north I was much paler. (like my grandma.) Trayvon however is very dark. He has big lips and dark skin. I have thinner lips and lighter skin. Just because we have the same basic skin color, doesnt mean we look alike right? sigh. and when i tll them all the facts, they say that I dont listen. then they get pissed off and tell me not to talk to them any more. Plz help?! this is reallly frustrating!
