You're crazy! 117 is "Normal" weight for you. I'm a 20 and I weigh the same (exactly!) and I'm super skinny only because I'm taller. I'm trying to gain weight so badly!

There are many ways for you to lose weight.You can try ketagonic diet where you lower your Carbohydrate( such as sugar, bread, rice, etc..) to 20~50grams a day.OrIntermittent fasting where you eat only in a period of time and don't eat for a period of time. For an example, you have 24 hours in a day, you eat in 1 hours and dont eat for the next 23hours.OrLower your calories intake. Go to google and search for “BMR Calculator” and use it. It will show you how much calories you need to maintain your weight. I can reinterpret that and say it will show you how many calories your body burns without you doing anything. If you eat more calories than what you burn, you will gain weight. So, ofc if you want to eat normally, if you want to lose weight you need to be active( jogging, etc..)I'd like to share how I lose 10kgs(22 pounds) in just one month. It needs a bit effort they call it xD I did all those mentioned above at once. And damn the result was really good. For the calorie part I reduced like 800 calories from my diet. I only ate once in a day. Ate less carbs. Started being active like 4 or 5 days in a week.A bit of advice:Don't overdo the reducing calorie part like not eating at all. Also Set a time for your goal( I meant like the one that makes sense). I did for 1 month.Don't overdo the exercise thing. How to see you're overdoing it? You feel pain while exercising. Let your body rest for a day and exercise the next day.How did I manage to go through 30days?I took picture of every single thing I eat and store it into my Google Drive xD. For the exercising part, I was pushing my body from laziness. My body was like “Dude, I'm embarrassed to jog when people are watching me” and I was like “f*ck you, I'm the one who's suppose to be boss here, not you.”.Things that will make you happy along the process:Your pants will be loose. im 4'11" and weight 102 lbs and im at a healthy bmi for my height. your bmi is 27 which puts you in the overweight catergory. however, that doesn't take into account whether or not you have muscle. if you have more muscle than fat, then don't worry about it.
