Im 13 and i need to gain weight what should i do?

Well depending on your height, you may weigh what you're supposed to. Eat healthy but maybe choose foods with more carbs and fats. Exercise will help you gain muscle. Do no over do yourself or eat wrong because you may make yourself sick. You doctor should be able to help you choose a diet and proper exercise. Might be just a quick phone call. Be safe though, hun.

I can't gain weight, I am 13 and eat ALL THE TIME.?

Heya ;) I am 13 years old, I am 5'2" and weigh 5 1/2 stone which is 77 pounds and 35kg if I am correct!

I eat all day and I even snack in between meals, it's not like I have a eating disorder, but I am always hungry, REALLY hungry. I have done loads of BMI calculations online. here are some results:

Today I ate a yorkie yoghurt for breakfast :P for dinner I have a tuna sarnie and 2 clubs with crisps and a bottle of orange juice, as soon as I got back from school, I had some coke, and I am about to be eating some harabiati and have some more coke!

You're so young to be worried about putting on weight! Someone your age is going to be thin if you have a normal healthy metabolism for a 13 year old. The BMI chart is flawed and isn't very accurate for young people, it was made for full grown adults (even then it can be wrong).
The best you can do is up your calorie intake by eating more protein (helps build muscle), I wouldn't suggest taking weight gain vitamins/supplements because you are very young and they can mess you up. Make sure you're eating plenty of meat and vegetables instead of loading up on carbs like pasta and bread.
Also, if you have any unusual symptoms like frequent stomach problems or feeling tired a lot, I would suggest letting your doctor test you for a food allergy or intolerance. I am wheat intolerant and was very underweight for a long time until we discovered the problem, then I put on enough weight to look healthy again.
It sounds like you're doing the right thing though, you're growing so make sure you're eating frequently and if you want to work out a couple times a week it could help. However, I stress you don't go by the BMI chart. My boyfriend is 22, 5'8", weighs 140 pounds, and is always told he is underweight according to the BMI. He plays soccer 5 days a week and has a six pack and a lot of muscle tone, so obviously he's a healthy weight and very muscular

Im 13 and im 5'2 and i way about 90 pounds, some of my friends all ways pick on me because im so short and skinny, all i need is a good diet and workout maybe by a doctor or gym instructor but im in shape i lift waits and am not weak but i need to gain mass and height, i was reading about human growth horomone shots for kids but i heard they have some dangerous side effects... anyways help me out with a diet or somethin anything plz all my friends and cousins are now bigger then me!!! :(

I keep and keep and keep on gaining weight. It's because ur growing and ur body needs all the fat to transform u into an adult. ;P It sounds like a comic but i don't wanna explain. x] U'll loose it. I keep gaining weight, but now it's a lot more because i stopped excising since i broke my arm, but now i'm starting so i'll get in shape. :]

How to gain weight (and boobs) easily? I'm 13!?

Okay, so i"m 13 years old and about 5'4" I only weigh 88lbs! before you say i'm really underweight my doctor says i'm healthy. I really want to gain weight because i'm tired of being the toothpick and only skin and bones! I really want to gain about 20lbs (over the year!) so that i can feel better about my body. also I really want my breasts to be bigger! haha well all the women in my family have large breasts and i want to at least gave some too!! haha

If i walk/run for about 3 hours a day about how many calories am i burning?
What types of foods should i be eating more of?
What foods make you breasts bigger!! haha (i can dream!)
