Im 13 And I Asked A Professional About This Abs Routine He Said No. I Did It For A Week Then I

Weight loss advice needed. what am I doing wrong?

I am a former professional model so I have always been very thin and diet conscious. 6 weeks ago I was a size 2/3 - 3/4 (I am a young 5'9" tall woman) and I only weighed 125. I was working out doing cardio and core isometric exercises (the same I did when I modeled) about 1.5 hrs per week at the gym. I ate 2200 calories per day. I began to eat less for 3 weeks (1800 calories) and lost weight. I then was happy at 118 lbs.

Here is where things are confusing me;
I then decided I would lose just 2 more pounds so I would not be in between sizes. So, for the next 3 weeks I reduced my calorie intake to 1200 calories per day max, drank more water (1 quart) every time I got hungry (which was about 4x my normal water intake), cut out sugars, fats, any other type of drinks, and salts. I also worked out 2 times per week (a total of 3 hrs a week... double what I had been doing prior).
My understanding of diet and weight loss is that if you burn off more than what your body needs and what you take in then you lose weight.
Well, here's the issue; after 3 weeks of of eating almost half of what I usually do and doing 2x the exercise I usually do I have gained 20 lbs! How is this possible and how do I get rid of it? It is not muscle gain that I can seen. Instead it looks as though I just pigged out all this time instead.
ps I recently aked a doctor and he said he has no clue and that I possess no chemical reason for it, no tumors, or health issues he can find. I am not on any medications, nor have I felt sick. He said to ask a nutritionist, or personal trainer. None of those I know though.

Advice? I gotta lose this weight. (I can't even fit my pants & skirts!) Also, why did this happen, so I can avoid it in the future. I have Never gained weight like this in my life.

How do I tone my abs fast?

Do weighted inclined sit ups, increase the angle/weight each time, and aim to be able to do a maximum of 3 sets of 8-10 reps before you are unable to do more:

Also be aware that any fat around your stomach can only be removed through dieting, all any exercise does is use calories and builds muscle, so don't use ab exercises to reduce fat in your stomach.

How could i lose belly fat and tone my abs?

hi im 15, i used to have a bit of a small weight problem. you have to make sure you dont become a couch potato. play in team sports, join a gym, go for a run, walk the dog. do anything involving physical acvtivity. avoid watching tv. trust me when i say fix this problem now until you become to old and you life become full because of work, family etc. if you dont fix this problem now it will grow to become a life long habit. im sure you dont want to be like this your whole life. what inspired me to fx this problem was not feeling normal, like i was missing out on my childhood, not being like the otehr kids. i would even get teased at school for being fat.
if you want to lose weight, do alot of crunches but mainly alot of running, this is usually the best way to lose weight. eat a healthy diet, no junk too often. maybe once in a while but no more. eat plenty of fruit and veges. and avoid eating at maccas, KFC and so on. ig you want to lose weight on your stomach area, run and do crunches, but dont try to get abs until you have lost the weight in the area, because if you try to gain muscle under fat, it wont show from the fat and only make your stomach look bigger so trust me. please get you body back on track, i did it and i dont regret a second of it.

hopefully i inspired you to change you life habits. and yes, it may take a while but god its worth it. dont keep these bad habits change now!

goodluck

:)
