Im 14 And I Really Wanna Go To A 18 Concert. Can I Go

Im 14 and i really wanna go to a 18+ concert. Can i go?

Zedds coming to concert December 30th in my hometown and I really wanna go. Im only fourteen and it says 18+ on the website. Ill be with my sister whos twenty so do you think ill still be able to go? I love Zedd more than anything and I really wanna go and have been looking towards this forever and now I may not be able to go! What should I do?

My 17 year old daughter wants to go to the concert of a man called "The Weeknd". Is this an age appropriate concert?

I'm 17. I listen to The Weeknd. He's not one of my top favorite artists but I do love some of his music. So let's break this down:Your daughter is 17. She's still very much your daughter and still very much a young woman who is as impressionable as ever. But soon she'll be a legal adult. That means a lot less control on your part, and a lot more responsibility on hers. Then we have The Weeknd. What is he, a singer, rapper? Doesn't really matter, what matters here is that he makes noise about:SexDrugsThat seems pretty heavy. I've seen more than one concerned parent question about him on Quora. You know who else sang about sex and drugs, though?Mmmm so rebellious You know who else made art about sex and drugs?Everyone before them. You know what partially motivated me to start listening to the Weeknd? Concerned parent questions on Quora about the Weeknd.Your daughter is 17 and she probably already knows about sex and drugs. I can nearly guarantee you. Parents, society, anyone has been trying to prevent teenagers from learning about these things for thousands of years and there really hasn't been any success. There isn't going to be anything new at this concert. Anything that she is going to do concerning drugs or sex is her choice and probably won't be completely changed by a Canadian rapper with funky hair barely audibly singing high pitched songs about getting laid a lot behind massive bass whomps in a laser light show. What kind of people go to his concerts? People like her. She's 17. She's her own person already in many ways. As long as you're doing what you can do to make sure she's becoming the best that she can be (that doesn't include banning going to the Weeknd concerts), I think she'll stay on the right path. You don't have to worry about her becoming a drug using sex addict because of a the Weeknd concert. Though, you might have to worry about her around hair salons because even I'm starting to think his hair is pretty cool:Hmmm

I'm 16, how can I get into an 18+ concert?

Depends on the venue.  Some venues will allow 16 and 17 year old kids, if they are brought by their parents.  This is how we got our 16yo into a comedy club.If the club is strict, there really may not be any sure way.  Recently I went to see Gogol Bordello at a popular club.  Bought our tickets online, stood in a long line in the cold before the show, and waited for the doors to open.  I was very surprised when they carded me at the door.I am over fifty.I said that I wasn't planning to drink, so I didn't need the hand stamp, couldn't I just go in, please?  They said that EVERYONE is carded, and EVERYONE gets a hand stamp, and if someone is under 21, their stamp is BIGGER.So, I gave my ID.  I was surprised how closely the guy looked at it.  OK, I look pretty good for my age, but I definitely do not look under 21!He looked at the ID, and he looked at me, and back at the ID, and then finally stamped my hand, and let me in.If you try to pull something illegal, not only will you waste your money on the ticket, and not be let in, they might even call the police. It depends on the place.  But assume that every place checks ID.

I wanna go to a concert, how do i ask my parents?

I'm turning 14 this November (I'm a girl, Dwight is my alias), and my favorite band, Evanescence is coming to Atlantic City on October 30th. I live about two hours from Atlantic City, and the tickets are very cheap ($45 at the most) . My parents complain alot about various things, like how much they hate Atlantic City (gambling) and my father probably wouldn't wanna drive me somewhere two hours away. Evanescence means a lot to me, and I'd DIE to see them in concert. How do i tell them i want to see them? Should i be subtle and drop hints, or should i just go all in (no pun intended) and tell them that i want to see them in concert? Before they're sold out? Thanks! (:

Is it safe for a 13 year old to go to a hollywood undead concert?

Just tell how responsible the 18 year old is,and make a plan.Just say all the responsibilities will be on her,not you.If you get home late, then it's her problem, not yours. Also, you can try to earn it,just sitting in your room crying all day isn't going to make her feel bad and let you go.You can do this by doing chores, getting better grades, and being very respectful around the house. If this isn't good enough,I'm pretty sure your mother is unfair.

I’m 15 years old and I want to go to a Hatsune Miku concert, but my parents won't let me. What should I do?

Unfortunately for you there's YouTube footage of Hatsune Miku concerts and the crowds look pretty unruly.Your parents have legitimate concerns about your safety and as an almost adult it's time you faced the reality of the real world of music concerts: it isn't so sweet. Swedish Police Investigate Over 40 Reports of Rape and Groping at 2 Music FestivalsConcerts are not only about hearing your fave song for four minutes: they also include a lot of waiting, standing around being trodden on and stumbled over by much bigger people who are drunk, drugged and on their own trip. There's also an element of men in every concert crowd looking for a vulnerable target to rape. Concerts Have Become A Hotspot For Sexual Assault, So Why Are We Ignoring It? - the LalaHow would you be able to deal with someone crushed up behind you and running their hands all over you? Especially as you are likely to be wearing clothing like Hatsune: right?Tights and tiny mini skirts are no protection against a rapist. (I'm assuming you are a female, but young men are sexual assault targets too)Have you learned self defence or a martial art? If not I recommend you do some training until you feel confident and proficient. If you want to attend any concert in safety at your age you will need at least one reliable large adult person as a security minder to accompany you, watch the crowd around you and if necessary protect you from harm.Your dad would be your best bet. (He can wear noise cancelling ear plugs if he hates the music)Women's lives have been ruined by attending a concert where, instead of fun: awful things happened to them. Your parents may not have done more than attend one concert themselves but they hear the news: they don't want to see you come home crying, with a broken arm or toes, bruised and worse.I know this is horrible news: but it's just how life in a crowd of excited drunk drugged humans is.Learn how to protect yourself and then have fun.

Can a 14 year old get into a 16+ concert?

So I really wanna go to a concert on Nov 1st at the Best Buy Theatre in Times Square. I've already bought my ticket and I was too caught up in the moment to notice it's a 16+ show. Yeah I'm dumb for not noticing lol. Would I be able to get in with a friend who's 16? Or will they only ask for 1D if you look like a 12 year old lol? I really wanna go but if this age thing is gonna cause a problem I'll just have to sell my ticket
