Im 15 Am I Chubby/ Fat

I am slim but i have chubby cheeks.?

Omg! I'm exactly the same, I'm so skinny yet I have chubby cheeks too. :(
I'm going to keep checking this question to see if there's any more answers, I'd like to know if there's anything I can do about it too!
I think it could just be puppy fat, and we'll grow into them as we get older.
Search Google for ways to get rid of facial fat, I'm going to do this myself. I know there are certain facial exercises you can perform daily which are supposed to help shift that unwanted fat. :)

Am I Fat? Or Chubby? I'm 15?

I am 15 about to turn 16 in september and I have always been known for hitting puberty really early. In elementary I was always the tallest in the class and had my period in 4th grade. But now i am just 5'5 and not really growing at all. I weigh around 140 pounds maybe more. And I have been told by my parents I have a woman's figure. My mom told me I gained weight in my ***...and i have wide hips but a flat stomach and kinda big thighs. Am i fat or big boned? i gained ten pounds this summer from swimming alot. Why am I gaining weight when i'm most active. Everyone says i'm not even fa.

im 15 and 5'3 and 105 pounds. so i think im a normal weight.
my body is average. BUT MY FACE IS FREAKIN FAT. my cheeks are like fat and chubby. my face makes my whole body look fatter, and it lowers my self confidence. to make it worse school is starting AHHH. i know how to loose weight on my body.

BUT HOW DO YOU LOOSE WEIGHT ON YOUR FACE? you can't exercise it in anyway :/

Step1:Weigh yourself. Get on the scale and write down the number.

Step2: Measure your waist. Run a tape measure around your waist at the the belly button. Write down the measurement.

Step3: Take your body weight and multiply that figure by 1.082. Add the result to 94.42. Save this number.

Step4: Multiply your waist measurement by 4.15. Once you have this number, subtract it from your result obtained in Step 3. This result represents your lean body weight, or your weight if you had zero body fat.

Step5: Subtract your total body weight from Step 1 from the number you got in Step 4. Multiply this number by a hundred. Divide this number by your total body weight. This will give you your body fat percentage.

this should tell you how much if any weight u need to lose. body fat matters more than how much we weigh.

If I'm 10 years old and 117 pounds, am I fat, chubby, or overweight?

Let’s talk, child to child. I was(And sorta still am) in your situation in the past. It is very unlikely that you are dangerously overweight at the weight, so just focus on getting fit and eating healthier. You probably will look better, but even if you don’t you will feel a hell of a lot better. Don’t fall into the hole of diets and restriction. Eat healthily, but treat yourself and if you fell guilty, go for a run or a long walk and you will feel better. I almost cried with your situation as it reminds me of all the unnecessary pain I put myself through in the past. Good luck!!!!!!!

It's not possible to know. However, you might get an idea of how you'll appear once you have your "man bones" (max testosterone), which is usually in the mid-twenties, by looking at your parents, if possible, or perhaps an older sibling.

If you come from endomorphs, then you may not lose the face fat. However, it's more likely you will because having the face become more angular and carved in appearance is a common occurrence during maturation. There is nothing you can do to look more chiseled and it would not be wise to try. Let nature take its course. Because you don't know what that course will be, there's no point in guessing and then taking action to make yourself into what you were not meant to be. You should learn to accept and be grateful for what nature gives you as long as you're developmentally normal and healthy. Dissatisfaction with appearance is common among adolescents and can be harmful as we see much too often in anexorics, for example.

I'm 15 and I'm too fat! HELP.?

I'm a 15 year old girl, I weigh about 230 lbs, and im 5'5. Im so tired of it. I hate looking in the mirror, i hate going shopping I don't even like to go out. I want to change. I am very motivated to do this. I want to do it the healthy way,I am not comfortable with the way i look or feel. So I decided enough is enough, I want to weigh about 120-130, by next year, and I want to feel ok about myself. I am prepared to do anything it takes. I need a plan though. I work better off of like a "check list" or "directions" type stuff. I have a treadmill, but i don't know exactly how often i should use it or for how long, i need a plan like i said. I know how to count calories, I figure if i lose about 10 pounds a month its healthy, and i will reach my goal by my dead line.
Here are the things im worried about:
1. When i lose all the weight i am TERRIFIED of having like lose skin. I want to know ways i can start working out without equipment (besides a treadmill) so i dont end up with lose skin. (thighs tummy and arms are my main concern)
2. I want to make sure this diet is something i can fit into my daily routine. (school, family, ect.)
3. I want it to be discreet. I don't want anyone to know im doing this so when people see me after a while they'll be surprised!

Anyone who can give me any advice, it would mean the world to me. I'm getting to the point where i hate myself, and I know its not good.

Also: i dont eat junk food. My family is good about cooking at home, its rare we eat out, and i dont even like soda,chips, ect. So i really dont know where all this weight comes from, i know when i eat i usually do have seconds. But I see my friends eating all day chips, soda, candy, more chips, and they are fine. I just thought i should mention im not a junk food eater, i dont even like juice really. Thanks for taking the time to read, and thanks if you decide to answer!

Why do I have chubby cheeks even though I'm skinny?

Fat deposits are heridetary. You probably have a square face also. With broad cheek bones.Fat deposits determine the shape of our hips , our arms, not usually our face - although could be possible . More likely your check bones- which you can always fix with plastic surgery: basically you can change any feature about you nowadays.
